Perfect place!

Very nice, comfortable. Visiting family in Fort Collins and there wasn’t enough room for us in their two bdrm condo. This served as a great overflow space for our group. Thank you also for the last minute change to the reservation.

Colorado visit

Quiet friendly atmosphere

Clean and quiet with friendly neighbors. This wonderful place is tucked away but still very close to shopping and the mountains. Laurel was great at answering questions promptly.

Great stay!

Great location from everything in Loveland. Not walking distance but a straight drive down the main road. Nice neighborhood, enjoyed both evening and morning walks. Clean living quarters. Owner was easy to contact and quick to respond. Comfortable beds. Clean bedding. Exactly as expected.

Dirty

If you are planning on cooking a few meals while you are there this is not the place for you! Everything we tried to use was dirty. We had to wash the dishes pots, pans, glasses, utensils and anything else we picked up in the kitchen. The floor was sticky both in kitchen and living area. The bathroom floor was not very clean either. We will leave pictures if that is allowed. We also felt like they were not ready for our visit as the breaker had been thrown making the refrigerator out of commission. We actually found the breaker box and flipped the switch ourselves. The water to the washer was shut off and the dryer had some plug mismatch issues and was not working during our stay. We also had an issue with the TV. We were watching a program for about an hour when all of a sudden the volume quit working around 8pm. And we could not get it back on. The beds were comfortable and we did get a good night's sleep each night.

Cute Little Basement Apartment

We came up for Parent’s Weekend at CSU and rented this place for 3 nights. 2 bedrooms, big living area and nice size kitchen. They have several games and an Xbox which my three teen boys enjoyed. Only suggestion is to put curtains or shades in the windows in the bedrooms. The front bedroom gets direct sunlight in the morning and shines right in your face and makes the room pretty warm. All in all, a wonderful place and we would stay again!
