Note that this house does not have membership to the private Twain Harte lake. Pinecrest lake is just 18 miles up the mountain.

Guests love to relax on the front porch with a cup of coffee and look out into the hills where often deer will walk by, while the kids have fun in the play house in the enclosed front yard.

House has 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. There are a total of 8 beds including 2 king, 3 queen, 1 full, 1 twin X, 1 twin XL . There are 2 queen air mattresses available. Portable crib and pack-n-play available as well as 2 fold out foam chairs for toddlers and small children to sleep on.

House has 3 levels. You enter at the main level. There are no stairs or steps to get into house. There is one bedroom/office on the main level with a shared half bathroom just outside of bedroom. Bed is a new queen sofabed. It's very comfy with added memory foam topper. Room is equipped with Smart TV, dresser and cabinets. There is a desk with monitor and printer.

Main floor has an AMAZING kitchen with commercial oven. It opens to a deck with seating for 10 and gas BBQ. Again - no steps on main floor and its easy to get around on stone floors for those who need wheel chair access.

Upstairs is the master bedroom with private bathroom and walk in closet. There are 2 guest rooms with a shared full bathroom with shower and laundry chute. King bedroom has TV and desk. Queen bedroom has desk and reading chair.

Downstairs is what I call the "family room" since it's perfect for a family or for the kids to make a lot of noise without disturbing the rest of the house. There is a newly remodeled loft with Twin XL, over a full bed and another twin bed. Room also has a queen sofabed. Just outside the room is a private bathroom and access to the garage/game room with ping pong table, arcade game(pacman, asteroids, dig dug), 2 TVs and mini fridge. This room can also be accessed from outside with no steps or stairs and has direct access to spacious deck and porch swing overlooking the forest.

House has forced air AC and heat upstairs. Downstairs has radiant heat through the floor and window AC units. There is also a wood burning fire place. I provide some firewood, however, in winter months it's best to buy extra.
