This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom home offers a spacious fully fenced-in yard with a large deck and grill under the shade of gorgeous live oak trees. You will find beach chairs, various beach toys and five bikes available for your use. The home is fully stocked with rainy day entertainment including various board games, dozens of best-seller books and Smart TVs. A fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer and desk overlooking the back yard will cover all of your day-to-day needs and leave you feeling right at home.

PARKING: Off street parking for up to four vehicles (or golf carts!) in the circle driveway and separate car pad.

Location was absolutely perfect. Less than 1/2 mile to shops and restaurants. About 1.5 miles to beach. Both easily walkable. Nice safe area. Great backyard for pups

A Nice Central Location

The home was in a nice spot to shopping, the pier, East Beach and anywhere needed to go by car. The home was adequately clean but outside areas could use some attention. Maybe it was the time of year.We were able to walk to the beach and downtown when we had an hour or two. (3 miles or so.) There are plenty of bike trails (rent your own) and everything feels secure and safe. It was a wonderful spot for our dog. There was plenty of room.Thank you for sharing your house.

Absolutely perfect...

We loved the house... It was as good or better than we expected... The bedrooms are far from the living area so if you have children or others they will not disturb you... Everything was tastefully decorated and well apportioned... and the kitchen was well equipped, suiting our needs... My favorite was the back porch, unfortunately we had quite a bit of on and off rain, but it was cooler and comforting spending much time there... The location is in a beautiful neighborhood making it a great place to walk or bike... We met several people in the neighborhood and they were very talkative and friendly... We will be recommending the house to our friends and will certainly stay again when we have the opportunity... Again, we are very happy to have made this our choice for a long weekend...

Location + Porch = Winner

As noted in a couple other reviews, some outdoor lighting and bedroom WiFi could use an improvement, but otherwise we had a great stay. The location was unbeatable and the screened in porch and backyard were perfect for our dog and for coffee in the morning and games at night. Really enjoyed Katie’s place on SSI.

Fun home and great for pets

Nice property with fenced area for pets. The fence needs some repairs and the out building could use an update. Overall, a wonderful place to stay. Beautiful trees that provide shade on a beautiful screened porch. I would recommend this place and give it a 10 star rating.

Utterly charming home! Close to everything you’re interested in on St Simon’s. The backyard is huge and gave lots of room for the dog to run around.

Well equipped house in a great location

We enjoyed our stay at the house. It was well equipped and close to all of the amenities we required ie beach for early morning dog walks, restaurants and supermarket.

Location and stay

Nice location. Great for our dog. No welcome kit like soaps. But otherwise nice place. Deck looked nice. Inside kind of outdated. Toaster not good. Plenty of coffee machines. Water pressure seamed low but we managed Was hard to get in with password because there are two lock boxes and instructions were not the greatest for my wife and I. Only use lock on front door not one near door! Overall it’s great if you have pets. Only one tv in living room none in any bedrooms. Needs some baking trays and light over stove not working.

Nice house but the lighting needs to upgraded

This is a great house, convenient to most everything. But you need to do something about the lighting in the bedrooms; it is too dark and hard to see your stuff when getting ready. Love the addition of the screened in porch!

When we pulled up to the house we were so impressed with the beauty of the Live Oak trees and the ample parking spaces. The house was exactly as advertised and nicely decorated and very clean. The screened porch was wonderful. The house is located a short drive from the pier and very good restaurants. We will definitely stay here again when we return in May.

St. Simon get away,

Had a great time, ate wonderful food each day, all Islanders were very nice, very quiet. The rental was beautiful, our dogs loved the beach, but we were not allowed on the pier as in previous years. Have been coming to the Island for 7 years except during covid of course, and were not kept off pier with our well behaved dog!!!

First time visiting St Simons and luckily I picked the prefect place! Me, my husband, two adult children and two large dogs stayed the whole week. House was exactly as promised. Had everything we needed. Large backyard with full fencing for the dogs. On a quiet street in a center location so nothing was more than a few minutes away. Owners were easy to reach. Great stay. Would definitely rent again.
