This is a modern mid-century style renovated two bedroom two bathroom condo on the 2nd floor located in The Springs. This condo offers fabulous views of the beautiful sunsets off the balcony facing the west. The dining area seats up to 8 at the table for family style dinners with additional seats located at the island. The master bedroom sleeps a KING size mattress with a private bathroom, shower, and walk-in closet. Bedroom #2 sleeps a QUEEN size mattress and with a FULL size top bunk bed.

We loved the location and how modern this condo is. Our kids enjoyed the pool. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a rental.

Very nice

Says it sleeps 6, it doesn’t. Has two rooms. On king and one bunk bed. We squeezed in 5. One on the couch. Other than that, the place is great.

Quiet and Welcoming Neighborhood

Overall we had a nice stay and the condo was clean and welcoming. Bathrooms had some cleanliness issues, but the host was going to reach out to the cleaning company to address these issues. The kitchen has an air fryer, but is lacking some of the basics such as mixing bowls and a water pitcher, so if you plan on doing some of your own cooking like we did you will definitely want to plan accordingly. The second bedroom has one queen sized set of bunk beds, not twin sized like the listing states. This worked in our favor so it was okay for our stay. A down side to the property is that the neighbor’s garage door is located under one of the bedrooms and it can be quite loud when opened. The community pool was also under construction so it currently isn’t available for use. The community this property is located in is really quiet and well kept.

Wonderful!

We all very much enjoyed our stay. The home was beautiful, clean and very comfortable. It was stocked with everything you would need and its location is perfect for getting groceries/gas, etc. The garage is an added bonus! A great home away from home for your next adventure! 💛
