Light the wood-burning fireplace & cozy up with your loved one as you sip your favorite beverage and watch a movie on the Smart TV mounted adjacent to the bed. The foot of the bed offers a bench for you to relax on or provide extra seating as you lace up your hiking shoes for the day's adventures! The tub also features a shower curtain & shower head for a quicker option if desired as well.
Kitchen & Dining If you would like to enjoy any meals at home rather than fighting the crowds in town the cabin is complete with a fully equipped kitchen which includes an electric stove, oven, microwave, fridge, drip coffee pot & a dishwasher to make cleaning up easy. All cookware, utensils, plates & glasses are also included. The kitchen features a peninsula island with bar-top seating for a lovely fireside dinner for 2!
Bedrooms & Baths The tub & shower are located within the studio cabin area to elevate your romantic experience at the Wild Columbine. The bathroom has a toilet & sink with a door for its own private space. Hotel-quality towels & linens are provided during your stay.
Outdoor Amenities Wrap up in one of the robes & head out to the patio to take a dip in the hot tub while being completely surrounded by the forest. You will have views of the trees from every part of the wrap-around deck! If you are not in the hot tub, enjoy a nice cup of coffee out on the porch swing or in one of the Adirondack chairs. Up front, there is free parking available as well as a charcoal grill. We look forward to welcoming you to the Wild Columbine cabin for your romantic mountain getaway!

We loved our stay here and definitely plan on visiting again. It was relaxing, clean, and remote. We had intended to do some hiking and exploring, but ended up loving this space so much that we hardly left!
This was such a cute quaint cabin in the woods. Perfect for a couple to just getaway from the hustle and bustle of life. This cabin is also close to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg.
My husband and I absolutely loved our stay and this cozy little cottage. It was quaint and just what we needed for our honeymoon. The property was beautiful and the simplicity allowed us to focus on spending time with each other. It was also very close to both Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge, which is a plus!
The peace and quiet of this place was definitely my favorite part of the trip. Cabin was set up nicely for my wife and I. Property manager was very friendly and communication was very timely. Definitely recommend this place for anyone looking to get away from the busy town.
Awesome secluded cabin in the mountains. Quick drive to Gatlinburg or Pigeon Forge. Kendra checked in with us to make sure everything was going ok. We were delayed in traffic a few hours and arrived in the dark while it was down pouring rain. We had no problem finding the cabin and it was lit up well when we arrived. Great place to stay when visiting the area. We will be back
This place was great. Private, secluded, quiet. Just what we needed for a weekend away from the craziness of home life. The pictures are exactly what you get. Kendra (the host) checked in on us and made sure we had everything we needed. Would definitely stay again. If youre going in a car (not a truck or suv) the road up has some spot you have to line up right or youll drag. Other than that, i have nothing bad to say.
Overall we were happy with our stay, I would just recommend a more lifted vehicle. We took our Camry, not knowing the conditions of the road and it was bottoming out in spots. I also recommend bringing extra trash bags, as the ones they had in the trash bins had holes in them and busted open.

I rated this staycation a 3 out of 5. There was surely an opportunity to have met the 5 out of 5 but unfortunately it fell slightly short. Please don't get me wrong, we DID enjoy our stay and nothing negative would prevent us from booking again in the future. Let me list the negatives first. Firstly, the address listed from the booking process did not match with the sign which was confusing and caused a delay in arrival due to passing by two times trying g to confirm the address and name. This should have been mentioned in the booking process especially for a night arrival like ours. Winding switchback mountain roads with limited visibility is hard enough without having to look for the next safest spot to turn and go back and forth. Second the driveway was pretty aggressively washed out halfway up the driveway. The driv3ay goes halfway up and has an extreme hairpin turn and due to driving my wife's Lexus we did not have the traction or peace of mind I would have felt in one of my suv or trucks. After making it halfway up a washed out rutted driveway first half and you get to the hairpin turn I had to make 2 attempts at making it up because the tires simply spun and would not catch traction with out a running up speed. This was not optimal because once again, I was in my wife's Lexus not a larger truck. Good thing we bought new tires 1 day before we arriv3d because with that I'm not positive we would have made it. It did however sound like we ripped the flaring off the bottom of her car. Thankfully it did not. Worse yet, though was there was a power line down over the hairpin turn. Someone prior to our arrival used a large branch to hold it up with just enough clearance for our car to make it under, but if we had shown up in one of my other suv or trucks, then one of us would have had to use this branch and stand in mud risking potential risks just to raise it high enough to drive under. Once at the top we found the cabin. The cabin was very quaint and satisfactory. Inside I noticed a few things that were in need of attention. After a long drive I wanted a shower but very quickly gounf out that the shower head metal post shoots water 3-4 feet towards the kitchen and off the ceiling so no shower was taken by either me or my wife during our two night stay. We did use a cup from the cupboard and took a bath so there was that at least. The ceiling fan was very dusty and slung chunks of dust balls, and the hottub was very dirty and grimy inside
