Very bright, comfortable apartment, completely renovated in 2005. Winter Tough. Refrigerator with freezer, electric cooker, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, hair dryer, iron, satellite TV, separate terraces with furniture and barbecue area, private jetty with boat (canoe) at the yard, private parking. Maintained large garden. Fishing at the nearby canal (100 m). Bicycle and boat use, bed linen and towels are included in the price.
The Gulfhof Klein Sande is surrounded by three lakes in the middle of the East Frisian Meeden landscape. It is located 7 km from the seaport town of Emden, in a quiet location in the rural area on the 3-sea-way. In about 100/200 m distance is a riding stable.
