🌲 Nature Lovers 🌲 Serene Home in North Boulder

This is the home that my partner and I fell in love with! We have been working hard these past few months to really make your stay here as comfortable as possible. The neighborhood is quite peaceful and only a 5 min walk from a beautiful park! The neighbors are very sweet, especially our next-door neighbor, who is a delight and a reliable friendly face.

The living room is enhanced to optimize your stay, there are multiple board games, a 55in screen tv, a large space available for yoga/ working out, Alexa upgraded, a futon couch, and lots of plants.

The kitchen is fully stocked with the basics fridge, stove, dishwasher, microwave but also an air fryer, Keurig, blender, juicer, pots/pans/ silverware, plates, bowls, measuring cups, Tupperware, glasses, mugs, etc

Large back yard with patio furniture (The storm that caused the fires knocked down the fence but we are working on getting a new one up)


NOTE:
NO animals over 30lbs.
We charge a non-refundable pet fee of $50 for the first and an additional $25 for each additional pet.
Please inform us when you will have pet/s with you during your stay.
