Private, large terrace with access to the solar-heated pool in a quiet top location with dream sea views and views of the Loropark. Free WIFI and stereo system, spacious bedroom with large window and sun protection, kitchen, space for washing machine, living room with couch. Full bath with shower tray and laundry.
From the living room direct access to the own outdoor terrace and from there access to the pool, the spacious sun terrace with palm trees, pool chairs and shower, panoramic views of the Teide, Atlantic and Punta Brava lying in the hillside directly behind the Loro Park.
3 minutes drive or 9 minutes walk to the popular Playa Jardin beach, bodyboarding, snorkeling rocks, volleyball net, seafood restaurants, steakhouse, Canary theme restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacy. Ideal for families / couples, parking at the house! Road end position, no traffic!
