An excellent base camp for friends with a great view
The house is across the street from the mountain giving an excellent view of it from the front deck. It's an easy 10 minute drive into town. The layout of the house works well for groups, with the lower level providing more privacy and the upper level allowing for hanging out in the kitchen area. Between the well stocked kitchen and the large grill is is very easy to prepare group meals.
Bright, spacious, very clean and quiet. Met all our needs. We would recommend this to others.

Excellent location, very comfortable.
Very comfy condo, walking distance to the base of the mountain and the endorphine gym for yoga and Pilates. We skied both Mont Ste Anne and Le Massif and did cross country and snowshoeing at Mont Ste Anne. We’ll definitely come back. Any small issues with the facilities were corrected almost immediately. Staff was very responsive and helpful. I highly recommend this place.

Nice place
Location was great and check in was super easy. The house was clean but very poorly stocked. I ran out of dish soap, however the front desk was able to supply me some. There were very few cooking supplies but enought to get by. It was a bit of a walk down that busy road from the house to get to the hottub. I also paid for a house with 7 beds, which was also confirmed pre-check in, and when we arrived there was only 5. I tried reaching out to the owner by email and didnt get a response. Overall the house did it's job, and held everyone for the weekend, I'd recommend.
Great location, clean and plenty of room for everyone!! We had an amazing Christmas holiday with our family!! We will definitely be returning!!

Good stay except for the up stairs beds.
The up stairs beds were not good. They made a noise like crinkling plastic when you turned over. Besides the beds it was a good stay.

We were very pleased with the property
The condo was exactly as advertised. Plenty of room, clean and overall quite good. The bed in one of the rooms was creaky, but otherwise the beds were all comfortable. The reclining couch in the living room was broken and didn't work. It is probably time for it to be replaced.
The location of the condo was great - really close to Mont Ste. Anne.
Overall, we were very satisfied with the condo and would happily stay there again.

Not bad
Its little far to the downtown. Kitchen and the utensils were good. Wi-Fi was not speed enough. Upstairs standing shower was too small.

Great lay out, clean but a little tired.
First off the staff were lovely, very accommodating, and very customer oriented. The layout was perfect for large groups with two large bedrooms upstairs and two large bedrooms down stairs. The common area was open and bright and provided a great space for a big group. The facility was very clean including the pool. The only down to this condo was the condo itself was tired looking. The cupboards and walls were worn. The pictures did not match the exact condo. It also had an awesome garage with couches to get your ski gear on. I would stay here again it was a little more tired then I anticipated however, the layout was excellent and it was very clean.

Great place for skiing holiday!
Neat, clean, cozy, tons of common space, fireplace, jacuzzi, 600m to the slopes - this place has it all but workable WiFi. Seriously, if you are on week-long vacation - there is no better place to be. However, if you plan to attend your emails - you are back to 1995 dial-up speeds (or your own phone hotspot, charges apply). We've been 8 people, 1 infant - and the owner provided us with everything, including highchair, crib and gate for the stairs. The place even has a warm room (converted garage) to store your drying boots and gloves!
So, highly recommended - with the caveat of WiFi....
Cheers,

Very comfortable stay with every thing you need
Our Villa 16 was very comfortable for Four Ladies. It had everything that you may need...but nothing extra. We each had a bedroom to ourselves. We found the living room and kitchen very comfortable. We enjoyed the onsite pool and the hot tub was wonderful. I don't think I would have rented this unit if I had realized that it was two levels. I did not ask John to move us to a different unit, so that is on me, but the stairs were difficult for my 81 year old mother.
The only things that I can think of that could use improving....Newer towels, AND A GOOD CLEANING!

Very clean and comfortable condo.
It is always a bit nerve racking to commit to staying someplace new. We have been visiting Canada during the winter for over 20 years. We have never been disappointed in a VRBO property. Our condo was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen was suitable for cooking a turkey to dinner with all the fixings for our SuperBowl dinner. We were 4 couples and each found the beds very comfortable. Our purpose was to attend the Quebec Winter Carnival and we were able to easily get there in about a 30 minute drive. We have stayed in some very luxurious homes in the Mt. Saint Saveur area for the past few years so staying in a condo was a bit of a change for us, but we were all very pleased with our stay. We looked onto to the Mt. Saint Anne ski slopes. Very picturesque! We would not hesitate to stay here again.

The condo was clean, well maintained and spacious. A perfect fit for 2 families of 4.
The facilities including the pool fit our needs perfectly. The short 5 min drive to the hill was no problem. Definitely would recommend to friends.

Splendido chalet

Great place, nice town.
This was an amazing place. We were a group of 10 and a dog. Everything was as expected and even though it's off season the home was well kept and service was on point. Would stay here on my next visit.

Weekend getaway right next to Mont Saint Anne
PROS: Spectacular view of the Mont Sainte Anne. Close to the main road but still very quiet. This area is really for out of town visitors so there is not a lot of traffic outside. Good location. Nice neighborhood. Staff are polite and bilingual. Comfortable bed. Bedrooms are decent size. Neither small nor spacious, just right. Extra full bath in the basement with washer & dryer is very convenient. Free wi-fi. Affordable price.
CONS: No AC. Very hot and humid during the summer. No windows in the main floor and basement room but there's plenty of huge glass fixed window to get unlimited view of the mountain. Missing a lot of kitchen utensils. Toiletries are limited supply. No laundry detergent. Dirty industrial carpet. The common indoor pool behind the reception building is not heated. Nice hot tub spa but limited to 10mins stay at a time to allow others to use it. If there is no other people there, then you may get to enjoy it for a longer time but remember that this hot tub spa is to be shared by few guests in the area. No lifeguard, no life vest for small children. No shower area by the pool area.
The mountain view is very relaxing but it is blocking the sunlight during sunrise and we get a short moonlight at night because of the grandiose mountain. This is more of an observation rather than a negative comment. The condo is just good for a weekend stay especially during the summer. Very hot inside and no windows to open to enjoy some fresh summer breeze. This condominium is really built for skiers during the winter season. Fall season maybe a little better because of the magnificent mountain view and not as hot and humid inside as compared to the summer season.
Not cozy because of the dirty industrial carpet and missing a lot of kitchen gadgets. I may consider coming back to this place during the winter but never again during the summer. I just hope that the owner will upgrade the interior for a more cozy stay. Additionally, I hope that they will invest more kitchen supplies, even from the dollar store will do. It is just a little disappointing to advertise a fully-equipped kitchen even if it is not really the case. Overall, our stay has been pleasant but not fully impressed.
Tips to travelers: Bring laundry detergent, more toiletries, salt & pepper shaker, mixing bowls, paper towels, night light, knives for cooking, cutting board.

Great condo across from Mont Saint Anne
We had a great stay in February 2011. Condo was a perfect fit for two familes of 5 (kids in 2 bedrooms, adults in the other 2). All the things you might need (and if there is something missing/broken, management responds right away and delivers it to your condo - we needed a new toaster and it was there almost immediately), Pool area is small, but perfect for kids. Hot tub was awesome apres ski. The base of Mont Saint Anne is literally across the street and the ski resort is a fantastic one. Again, great for kids, but also challenging terrain for the adults. Not crowded on the slopes. Quebec City is only about 20 minutes away too and is one of the neatest North American cities I have ever been too - feels like you're in Europe. We drove 9 hours to get there and it was well worth it!
