The condo is only feet from the lake where you can fish from the bulkhead, dock your boat, have fun at the pool or venture to all of the amenities that Walden and Lake Conroe has to offer, just a quick walk or drive away. Why they chose this property
Some years ago we had another condo on Lake Conroe and always loved going there to see the sunrise/sunsets across the lake. We had an opportunity to get back to the lake in 2022 and have loved every second of it since.
What makes this property unique
This location has lots of fun things to do. Walking distance provides access to the Walden Yacht Club, Breakwater Grill and the Walden Pool. The Marina Walden Golf Course is a short drive away. The area has lots do to including dining, water sports, mountain bike riding, hiking, swimming, tennis, gym and more.
