This unit was updated summer 2017! The unit was gutted, remodeled, and beautifully decorated with a clean simple decor!
This one bedroom, one bath unit has tile flooring throughout excet the bedroom is carpeted. The bedroom features a queen sized bed, flat screen TV, sliding glass door to the covered deck overlooking the water. The stacked washer dryer closet is built into the bedroom next to the hallway leading to the bathroom. The new bathroom features a walk-in shower and raised vanity. The living room has a flat screen TV, sleeper sofa, 2 chairs, and large sliding glass doors to the private covered deck. The fireplace has the original stone! (sorry this is not a working fireplace) The kitchen is equipped with all your cooking needs. A separate bar area provides seating for 4. Come relax and have fun in the sun at Hawks Nest Condominiums. Located by the Grand Glaize Bridge in a quiet cove with a great waterfront view of the lake! Enjoy watching the boats, jet skis, and other water sport activities while relaxing on our private covered balcony. It faces the Main Channel at the 1/2 mile marker of the Grand Glaize arm in the no wake zone. Completely covered private deck with patio furniture. The view from the deck is extraordinary! Bring your family and friends to the lake and ENJOY!!! We have other units in this complex, close to each other. Renting both would be ideal for large families or couples vacationing together. Want to be in the center of it all, on and off the water? Then you have found your vacation destination!

Great quite weekend!

We had a wonderful time! The condo is close to everything we wanted to do and very peaceful. We enjoyed the lake view and the covered porch. We will definitely stay again!

Great Location, Great View

This location is perfect with a great view of the lake and close enough to the city that getting food or whatever is not a problem. The hosts were very responsive when contacted. Overall, a very relaxing and well kept property. Im looking forward to staying here again in the future!

It was fine, as advertised. easy access with minimal steps which is good for an old guy like me with a bum knee. I thought the whole deal was fair. Had a bit of trouble with the TV but staff took care of the issue quickly.

Weekend getaway

Property was as described with a nice view of a cove off of the main channel off of Osage Beach Parkway. Close access to many eating places. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony in the morning and the evening. Quiet location. Would definitely stay again if available.

Overall take on situation

Property itself was very nice and comfortable. No issues there. However, the cleanliness of the property is an issue. The fitted sheet on the one bed in our one-bedroom condo had multiple red stains on it. When I alerted the property manager, she suggested I get with the cleaning crew. I did twice and was transferred to voice mail. I'm a bit perplexed. I thought the property manager should be doing this. When I couldn't reach the cleaning crew, I got back with the property manager, and it seemed she thought I was being unreasonable asking her to address the situation. Very disappointed, I hope someone gets with the owner and lets them know about situation. Liked the property and location but very disappointed in the professionalism of the property manager and cleaning group.

Golf trip to Lake of the Ozarks

We enjoyed everything about this condo. One minor problem, there were ants in the bathroom. However we liked the location and it was very quiet. We would rent it again.

Weekend Trip

This place was perfect for a quick lake trip for the weekend! It was myself and two other girls and it was plenty of space for the three of us! Great location near the water. The place is kept well and was super clean. Check in and check out process super simple. Will be coming back in the future for sure!

The payment process was different that i am used to but the property was clean and really nice. The views of the Lake were great and the patio was small but nice. Really nice little get away spot. Would recommend for sure.
