Car sharing, rental e-scooter mostly always nearby. Wi-Fi mitnutzbar. Smart TV. Sofa bed in the living room. In the bedroom double bed with 180cm width and qualitative Ökomatratzen. Nice neighbors. Black and white laser printer with scan function. In the nursery much toys for girls. Changing table. In the bedroom a cot on the double bed. The kitchen has everything necessary. Stove, oven, mini grill, microwave, fridge freezer. New oak parquet floor in the living room! We are a Bavarian Cape Verdean family with a nine-year and a two-year-old daughter and go to Croatia on a camping holiday.

Schwanthalerhöhe is a former "shard of glass shards" which, thank God, only gradually becomes "hip". There are two nice playgrounds nearby: Gollierplatz and Georg-Freundorfer-Platz. And there are many nice restaurants and bars. One of the best Indian restaurants, Royal India, is just opposite. And the Mille Miglia with possibly the best pizzas in Munich is virtually around the corner at Gollierplatz. The awnings for the loggia are good in high heat.
