For added convenience, a washer/dryer is available in the shared laundry shed with the main house. Off-street parking included with bonus EV charger installed for guest use.
The cottage's focal point is the elegant formal sitting room, offering a serene ambiance and direct front patio access through French doors, great for enjoying your morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening breeze.
Prepare culinary delights in the updated full kitchen, equipped with state-of-the-art appliances, inviting you to showcase your farmer's market finds and wine-tasting treasures. The dilemma lies in whether to set off on exciting adventures or snuggle up in this idyllic cottage throughout your stay.
Chestnut Cottage is designed to exude warmth and hospitality, promising a cozy and inviting stay as you explore the beauty of the Central Coast and immerse yourself in the charm of Paso Robles wine country. Our cottage is also walking distance to downtown Paso Robles and Spring Street, with all it's wonderful shops and restaurants.

Maximum 2 dog(s) allowed, weighing 45 lbs. or less. City Permit STR21-0027. ***Five Star Coffee Program- We start your stay with a supply of coffee, filters, coffee pods, cream, and sugar for our provided drip and pod-style coffee makers onsite at every home.***Dual 240V Electric Vehicle (EV) Type 1 charger onsite for guests.***Dogs are only allowed with an additional $25/night per dog fee. The pet fee is not included in the 'initial quote'. Please let us know if you will be bringing a dog(s) during your stay, so we can charge accordingly. ***Wi-Fi and/or power outages can occur periodically in our small town and rural settings, over which we have no control***

Quaint, cozy, very clean, and convenient mini-house with a small but very well-appointed kitchen and a nice bathroom. The bed was also very comfortable.

Great little Cottage in Paso Robles!
We had a very comfortable 2-night stay at The Cottage! It is perfect for a couple. The location is wonderful to Downtown and totally walkable although we chose to drive and never had issues parking.The Cottage has all of the amenities you could want. It was very cold upon arrival, but VRBO was very prompt and responsive in having Robert come over within 10 minutes, to check the heating unit (the remote had to be reset). We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Paso Robles!

A perfect spot for a couple w/ a doggie. Just far enough away from busy town to feel secluded but a 10 min walk to the shops, restaurants, wine and the town square. Every modern convenience in cozy little cottage

Little cottage in Paso Robles
We enjoyed our stay at the little cottage. Perfect for me, my husband and our dog. The only complaint we had was the bed. It creaked loudly every time we moved. The place needs a new, sturdy bed.

Good First Time in Paso
Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was a great base to explore Paso for first timers. Everything provided work well and was clean. Instructions were clear. The only gripe I had was that the picture implied the grassy area in front was fenced off (it was not) so the dog could pee outside but she couldn’t be off the leash at all. I also wish the Tv sitting room would have been better insulated: it was boiling hot during the day and basically made the space unusable. As a result we just laid on the bed as there really wasn’t enough room otherwise

This cute little place DOES have air conditioning - at the time I booked it the listing did not include this, and I became worried when suddenly the June temperatures got very hot, but was SO relieved to see that they do have air conditioning. Also love the EV charging, and very close to downtown, a great place to stay.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Loved this little cottage. Photos are accurate, it’s obviously not a large place but it’s efficient use of space. It was all we needed for two people and our two dogs for a weekend. Close walk to the heart of downtown. Nice coffee and other items provided. Not much more to ask for. The only downside is the AC can only go down to 72 or the coils could freeze so it can get a little stuffy on hot days & nights. But, we’d gladly stay there again. Nice people who hosted and were very responsive as well.

Loved every single thing about this place and have ready talked about coming back. Only two negatives - the sitting room doesnt heat and was so freezing we spent christmas having to sit on the bed to sit/eat/drink/watch xmas shows on tv. And company info board lights up the entire bedroom and even if i put it to sleep to darken, it automatically came blazing back on 7am. That was awful alarm wake up over a holiday vacation.
