Tragic experience
My stay (July 19-24, 2023) was highly disappointing. A broken fridge led to a $200 food loss, unresolved despite owner's promise. A ceiling leak caused chaos and owner offered for me to move to another unit however we were there for my brother to receive treatment with sever medical issues, moving wasn't an option. Saturday a huge party breaks out next door. Texted owner and he said he rented the unit to 17 people. Full on party with paper thin walls and weed smell through our entire unit. The wall behind the fridge (which used to be a doorway to next unit) is so thin I heard a guy ask another guy to pass him a joint. The neighborhood is totally Sketchy, All furnishings inside are salvage and disgusting, stained chairs, broken bed, polyester black sheets, bugs and cobwebs throughout, zoom in on that sofa pic to get an idea. I hate I cannot attach pictures here because you would literally gasp over the living conditions we were in. Owner offered me a free night and money back to not report my findings which I refused. I should have been refunded the entire stay! While there my brothers condition turned worse and he ended up in ICU so I stuck out the stay simply because I was at the hospital mostly and just needed rest when I left.
