Refinedly furnished on 40 m², the holiday home "Carl" offers that certain something for your Baltic Sea vacation. The holiday home was completely renovated in 2019 and is modern and of high quality.
Quiet location
The house is located in a quiet residential area. The center of Haffkrug with numerous restaurants, cafes and shopping facilities can be reached in about 15 minutes on foot. The Haffkrug train station is only 600 meters from the house.
Dog friendly
Of course, you should not do without your loyal four-legged friend even on vacation. The beautiful beach promenade invites you to take long walks. The 200 m² property is completely fenced, so your dog can let off steam here.

3 rooms with separate sleeping areas, terrace and garden can accommodate 4 guests. Floor-to-ceiling windows in the living room create a bright and friendly atmosphere all day long. From here you can also access the spacious, furnished terrace with a view of the garden. The open kitchen is fully equipped and leaves nothing to be desired. At the kitchen counter you can sit comfortably on the height-adjustable stools and the couch corner can also be converted into a dining area. One bedroom is equipped with a comfortable box spring bed (1.80 wide). The second separate sleeping area has another double bed with 1.40 wide, this room is ideal as a children's room. The bathroom with the floor-to-ceiling shower completes this holiday home.

A flat-screen TV provides entertainment in the evening. WiFi access and a radio are also part of the entertainment.

40m² are optimally used with friendly and individual furnishings and leave nothing to be desired. Fresh color highlights and the well thought-out design ensure a fresh ambience. The underfloor heating in parts of the house creates a special feel-good atmosphere.

So that you do not have to look for a parking space on vacation, there is a private parking space directly at the house. Bicycles can be parked on the fenced property.
