This new development is set on the banks of the River Laune, just five minutes stroll from Killorglin Town Centre and enjoys panoramic view of the MacGillycuddy Reeks (Ireland's highest mountain range).
4-room terraced house 110 m2 on 2 levels. Comfortable and tasteful furnishings: living/dining room with open-hearth fireplace, cable TV, CD-player and DVD. Exit to the balcony, to the patio. Open kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, microwave). Sep. WC.
