Lovely, lower level Cliffside Condo (stairs) with a wrap around balcony that has a beautiful scenic view of Greers Ferry Lake and Eagle Ridge. Balcony provided with comfortable patio furniture to watch the sunrise or just relax. Both bedrooms have queen size beds and one has a futon for additional sleeping space. This condo has a completely furnished kitchen and laundry facility. Less than a five minute walk takes you to the pool and racquet ball club.
Fairfield Bay offers many different types of activities, boating ,fishing, golf, miniature golf, swimming, horseback riding, nature trails and tennis it is a wonderful place to get away from it all.

Excellent Weekend Getaway

My daughter, granddaughter and I do a weekend trip each year to Fairfield Bay. This was the best place we have stayed! Property was clean, spacious and had a great view. Also had free passes to Cool Pool which we all enjoyed! We had the best time! It was very relaxing and just what we needed!

Fall Colors and Amazing View of Cliffside Condos in Fairfield Bay

This Condo is absolutely amazing. Clean and Cozy and everything your heart desires. Breath taking view from the balcony and view of the night sky with a million stars all around. Watch for falling stars as they will not disappoint. A must stay for all those wishing to relax, enjoy peace and quiet and enjoy the sounds of nature. Will not disappoint…

Relaxing stay in Fairfield Bay

We greatly enjoyed thia particular property! Clean.. spotty to little no TV/ WiFi but it was okay becaue we swam...chilled on the deck Went to the lake/ played miniature golf.. we will definitely be trying to stay again.

As Advertised, or maybe even better

We enjoyed staying here, but weren't in the condo much. Enjoyed the pool one afternoon (50 yards away). Played at 1 of 2 golf courses there. Course was in good condition and about $50. Spent most of our time on the lake. But... The condo was nice and well furnished. The view was good but a bit limited by trees. Enjoyed sitting on the large wrap-around porch (except when the neighbor's loud a/c was running and disturbing the peace and quiet). Large bedrooms, well stocked kitchen, cool a/c, great location, nice price. Go ahead and book it.

Condo looks better than the pictures!

This condo is nicer and larger than the pictures suggested! The place is very clean! Most importantly, the furniture and beds are very comfortable-no sitting/sleeping on springs here! These items are the most important to us: cleanliness and furniture condition/comfort! Both couples were very satisfied with our accommodations. My only complaint is with the tv entertainment; a smart tv capable of streaming movies from your phone, etc. would be appreciated but a set of batteries in BOTH remotes for the living room tv and the DVD player would be even better! To watch a DVD, we had to remove the tv remote’s batteries…back and forth to do rewind, volume, etc. Such a little thing certainly didn’t dampen our enjoyment!

Perfect spot by the Cool Pool

The pictures of the condo didn’t do this place justice. The condo was very comfortable and clean! The short walk to the pool was ideal! The view from the balcony was beautiful!

Great Accomodations!

Went with friends to Fairfield for golf weekend and stayed here. Condo was very nice. Plenty of space for 3 of us. Location was great, close to pool. Washer/dryer came in handy. Owner was quick to communicate and answer questions. Highly recommend!

Beautiful condo with new upgrades. Nice kitchen area open to dining & living room area. Two bedrooms & two bathrooms. Extremely clean. One of the best we have ever stayed at in Fairfield Bay.

Great Condo!!

The conod was bigger than we had originally expected. Both bedrooms were HUGE! The front bedroom also had a couch that pulled out to a queen bed. The back bedroom was just as big and had a door going out onto the balcony. The property was stocked with more supplies (tp, paper towels, towels, etc) than we anticipated, which was a nice surprise. If you wanted to take a family trip with at least 8 people, this condo would be big enough and people wouldn't be stepping over each other. I will definitely keep this propert in mind for future quick trips!! Thank you!

Retreat Weekend

Our stay here was awesome! Mrs. Joyce was very helpful and the condo was better than advertised. We really liked how there were plenty of linens and towels. Lastly, I could go on and on about the view of the lake from the balcony. Just spectacular. This is a must book!

Great views

The views at night are great. The condo was plenty big enough for our family of 4. Two bathrooms was amazing. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because we tried to use the sofa sleeper in the living room and when I removed the cushions there were food crumbs all over and when we pulled the bed out the sheets were stained and more crumbs were in it. So my daughter just slept on the couch. Also you can hear the people above you walking around but it was quite after 10pm. Having a washer and dryer was a plus.

We knew there was no smoking indoors ,so my wife and I would go outside,only to be harrassed by the neighbors and yelled at,but yet other people were smoking,even by the swimming pool ,

Relaxing stay at The Bay

We had a wonderful week at Fairfield Bay. The property suited our needs, the back porch had a spectacular view of the lake in the distance. Owner communicated well. The only caveat, this is a lower-level unit steps required.

Girls Trip

I work in a nursing home, my daughter is a nursing student, and my sister n law is a retired school teacher. We needed somewhere just to get away and relax a little. Well we did everything but relax. We had the most fun exploring and seeing some of the most beautiful sights. We will definitely be back!! Also little did I know I have a great nephew who lives there that built and painted the mermaid chair at the Cool Pool.
