Country Gem San Jose Perfect for a Peaceful Getaway
Perfect for a staycation, romantic getaway, or writers retreat. Guests are welcome to have birthday, engagement, bachelorette, anniversary, & other celebrations here.
Our home is modern & comfortably equipped with Nest AC/Heating, WiFi, & G-Home so you can say “Play Bridgerton on Netflix” or “Turn off all lights” & not need to leave the couch. Sip your morning coffee on the porch, watching the cows & deer as you overlook the East Foothills with a panoramic view of Downtown SJC's city lights.

- Spend your morning out on the rocking chair on the porch enjoying a cappuccino (from our cappuccino & latte maker) and pastries with a view.
- Stargaze and sit out at the firepit with some wine, a throw blanket, & a charcuterie board.
- Sunbathe in the hammock, read a book, and maybe sneak in an afternoon nap!
- Cut some fresh herbs from the greenhouse for a home-cooked dinner under the stars.
- Round up some friends and have a board game night (we’re stocked with many games).
- Have a spa night at home (we have lots of skincare masks available)!
- Get in an intense workout (we have a power cage, bike, free weights and a rototilled path that can be used for running uphill and downhill).

Why they chose this property
We hope you find peace and comfort in the beautiful views, sunrises, & sunsets. If you’re ever up early enough, you’ll see deer nibbling on the vegetation in the grassy area below, but almost all day, it’s easy to see beautiful birds soaring around the property.
Important Notes:
- Since this is farmland, there are stray cats that roam the property. Please inform us if you have any allergies.
- This property is on a hill and, while the slopes are not too steep, climbing back up is not something children might be able to do. We encourage our guests and their loved ones to be mindful and always take caution while treading the great outdoors.
- If you're interested in visiting some farm animals, our neighbor has cute little piglets, ponies, horses, goats, etc, so let us know and we can arrange that!
- We have significant discounts for 2-night, 3-night, weeklong, and monthly stays as well as for events. Reach out and we can talk through them!
