Kick back in this serene and stylish space in Leeds in the town of Catskill. Wide plank hardwood floors and an artist’s handpainted staircase add to the charm of this 1880s home. You’re less than two blocks from local bars, restaurants and shops, local swimming holes along the Catskill Creek and historic Leeds Bridge. An ideal home base for exploring the Catskills in all seasons: 15 mins to downtown Hudson and 30 mins to Woodstock, Kaaterskiil Falls or skiing at Hunter and Whindham mountains.
The main floor has a living room, dining nook, kitchen, sun room, bonus room for guests (nice air mattress provided) and half bath. Upstairs are two bedrooms (queen, full) and a full bath. There’s a fenced back yard and small decks in both front and back of house, perfect for sitting with your morning coffee.
