Vanessa was a tremendous help. I had inadvertently selected dates in 2026 but she was able to accommodate me on very short notice. A very enjoyable stay with some treats awaiting my arrival. I highly recommend this rental and especially the hostess.

Mid-December weekend wedding in town. Close to everything we need in including venue
(Riverledge Farm). Walking distance to Phelps Barn Pub and the Grafton Inn. When I say walking I mean only a small block away. Very nice and friendly town. Host was very responsive prior to, during and after are stay.

We especially loved the location and enjoyed relaxing on the porches ! The house was very clean and the beds so comfortable ! It was great to have a bedroom on the first floor and we really liked that each bedroom had its own bathroom !!
The owners were very welcoming and responsive to our questions and needs ! We would highly encourage anyone looking for a place to stay in the area, to stay here !!
We are looking forward to another visit !!!
We stayed at this beautiful house, about one block from the Grafton Inn, for two nights for a wedding, and we absolutely loved it! It is a beautiful house, with lots of charm and plenty of space, and it is very comfortable, with lovely bedding and bath products. We'll have to think of another excuse to visit Grafton again so we can book it again! I would highly recommend this property to other families, friends, etc.
We’ve been to Grafton several times in the summer to visit some friends in the area…decided to give Christmas time a try…Vanessa and Rob’s charming little house in Grafton did not disappoint at all!! Was such a wonderful spot for our family of 6 and we were even able to entertain our local friends 😊 Even without snow this year, we had the most fabulous time! Cannot wait to return soon!
The Woodard Home is a lovely home in the heart of Grafton, Vermont. We enjoyed eating at the local market and Phillips Barn. A nature trail and a visit to the local maple syrup making business were experiences of small town Vermont that we really enjoyed. If you want peace and quiet, relaxing on an outside porch and the comfort of a clean wonderfully decorated home, you will really enjoy the Woodard Home.
We really enjoyed our stay - what a great home in the perfect little town of Grafton. The house was clean, well maintained and stocked, comfy beds, and very roomy for our family of four. Host was very responsive and accommodating, easy to communicate with. Close to everything in Grafton, a 2 minute walk to Phelps Barn and the Tavern, the market and easy to get to all the other activities in the area.
Farmhouse was nicer than expected, the owners took the time to provide quality amenities, comfortable beds and walking distance to the market, cheese store and local restaurant/pub. The kids loved the games provided including Jenga and chess, cards. The kitchen was well stocked with all the basics so we could enjoy family dinners in the beautiful dining room. It was a lovely home and a relaxing weekend away jn beautiful Vermont!
