Great Cabin, great mountain. If snowing you will need chains, but the road is plowed. Just steep for non 4 wheel drive cars. No cell service so make sure you’re following the directions exactly! Easy to miss but fantastic once you make it in.
I recently stayed at a charming cabin and it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment I arrived, the peaceful surroundings provided the perfect escape from everyday life. The cabin itself was cozy, well-maintained, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay—fully stocked kitchen, a spacious living area with stunning sunset views. The location was ideal for outdoor enthusiasts, offering close proximity to skiing and beautiful views right outside the door. We will be coming back!
We were a group of five women who were doing a race that started at the resort. It’s better than pictured!! Had everything we needed for a comfortable stay and for us to cook/prep meals there. Our only regret was not getting to take advantage of the hot tub.
Marc was awesome and took care of everything we needed to make this trip a memorable MLK long weekend. The place was clean and comfortable for 10 people. If you’re going during the winter season, expect the unexpected and make sure you have snow chains and/or AWD vehicle. Can’t stress this enough. Bring everything you’ll need up the mountain including food and drinks. There’s a restaurant at the resort but we opted for cooking at the property. Eagle Point Resort is just 0.8 but uphill so walking might not be suitable for the fainted heart. Add snow and ice, you’re better off driving there. Overall, great getaway for us. We’ll definitely consider this property again in the future.
