Cheerful 3 bedroom cottage right on the lake!

Relax with family and friends at this peaceful place to stay. Offering three bedrooms, there is plenty of room for everyone. High speed fiber internet is on site, which allows guests to work while away as well as to stream. Relax in our large backyard by day or sit by the fire at night. Our home offers an outdoor grill and a fully equipped kitchen. What better place to eat lunch than at the outdoor bar facing the lake! Loons. Eagles. Great fishing, even off the dock. Always beautiful here.
The space:
Large living room with 2 couches; sunny eating or sitting room facing the lake; another table area in kitchen as well. Private bedrooms; an entire house to enjoy!

Other things to note:
1. BRING YOUR OWN SHEETS, PILLOWCASES AND TOWELS. Bed sizes: king, queen, full and twin. Blankets and pillows are available for use. Bringing your own linens and towels helps keep the cleaning fee low since we don’t have a washer/dryer on site. My amazing cleaning person would have to charge more if she had to bring things home and use her own laundry machines.
2. Sometimes our lake has algae blooms, as many of the watersheds in the area do. Unfortunately, there is no way to predict or control them. If this happens during your visit, we treat it the same as if it were an “undesirable weather” stay, and do not give refunds if this occurs. In my house manual, I provide several alternative spots to enjoy different bodies of water that are within 30 mins of the cottage. We try our best to provide enjoyable surroundings for our guests, and the blooms are 100% out of our control.
3. Lower docks and couch are taken out of the water sometime after Labor Day, but the upper deck and stools remain through the fall.
4. PLEASE DO NOT DRIVE FASTER THAN 20 MPH ON OUR ROAD.
5. We keep a deluxe port-a-potty (flushing toilet/running water sink) on site for the season to offer a second bathroom. It gets cleaned/serviced weekly by the company and cleaned by our cleaning person between guests.
6. Do not use the small beach area to the right. It isn’t ours; it’s our neighbor’s. Do not leave paddle boards or kayaks down at the water when not in use; store those items up on our property; NOT under the dock - they might float away.
Our property runs along the fence line. Do not park on the other side of the fence line; that area isn’t our property.
7. PLEASE do your best to conserve water. Take FAST showers and don’t run the water while brushing your teeth. This is very important, and we thank you for being thoughtful of this during your stay. If the toilet is slow to flush due to an excessive water usage from previous guests or a high ground water table, this is COMPLETELY out of our control and we do not offer refunds or partial refunds. This has only happened twice since we purchased in 2017, but it is a possibility depending on Mother Nature. The second (outdoor bathroom) will be available in this situation if needed.
