Just a short stroll to the North end of the famous Ocean City Boardwalk, Beach, Ocean City Fishing Pier, Jolly Roger Amusement Park, and Splash Mountain Water Park. Arguably the BEST VIEW in all of Ocean City! From the 3rd floor balcony watch the sunrise and sunset, enjoy your front row seats for the OC Air Show, 3 sets of fourth July fireworks or just spend hours watching the boats go by. Enjoy feasting on Maryland blue crab and the fresh catch of the day at the many nearby restaurants and bars.

Beautiful top floor Direct Bayfront southern exposure condo with the most AMAZING Bay & Sunset Views in the town. Watch the boat traffic from your condo or the large balcony. Unit has been updated with oversized tile floors, updated kitchen with newer soft close cabinets, granite counters, upgraded stainless appliances, full sized washer/dryer, large bedrooms, and bay front master bedroom.

Less than 10 minutes walking to the Beach and Boardwalk.

CLEANING
Blankets and pillows will be placed in closets and guests are encouraged to bring their own. Bedding will be sprayed with disinfectant.

All surfaces are cleaned and then disinfected with a proper solution. Where appropriate, a solution of bleach and water will be sprayed on surfaces for a minimum of 60 seconds.

HOT WATER and HVAC
This unit has its own central air conditioning unit and oversized hot water heater. Don’t stay in a condo that has a small and outdated AC unit or run out of hot water.

1) Do you have a coffee maker?
YES, We have a Flavia coffee maker which we think is the best and much better than Keurig. We also include several flavors of coffee including Starbucks and French Roast. As well as Green Tea, Macha, and Dove Hot Chocolate.

2) Is Wi-Fi available?
YES, The speed is over 300 Mbps enough for streaming and surfing. We also have 3 streaming enabled smart TV’s that will allow you to watch Netflix, Amazon Video, YouTube, as well as many other streaming services.

3) Are linens and towels included?
Guests must bring their own linens and towels or you can rent them from Ocean City Bath and Linen.

4) Does the condo include hand soap, dishwasher soap, paper towels and toilet paper?
Yes! We provide soap and body wash as well as ample toilet paper.

5) How far is the Ocean City Beach and Boardwalk from the condo and is it free?
The Beach and Boardwalk is a short 9 minute walk and yes it's FREE and does not require passes or beach tags.

6) Do you have a washer and dryer?
Yes! We have an in unit washer and dry from Samsung which is fully programmable. You won't have to worry about having clean or dry clothes.

For your security a video doorbell is installed on premises at the front door.

Lovely stay!

We spent the week at Ed & Tina’s for the boys’ last summer before senior year. The condo was super comfortable, clean, and in a great location. The balcony over the bay was my favorite, we even got to watch the air show from there!

Balcony on the Bay

We enjoyed our stay at the Sunset Loft very much! Plenty of room for the four of us, it was clean and comfortable, and the balcony was really nice to have our morning coffee or to see the sunset. Easy location close to everything. Hosts were easy to communicate with, would definitely stay again.

Absolutely amazing!

If you want to visit OCMD, stay at Ed and Tina’s! The condo was perfect (and clean) with an incredible balcony view of the bay. Only a 10 minute walk to the beach and great restaurants and activities within walking distance. Ed was great and super fast in replying to us with any questions. Thank you Ed and Tina for a great stay!

Great Spot!

My family stayed here for a long weekend in July and had an amazing time! The unit was spotless and had an awesome balcony looking over the bay. It was great for my daughters to look at boats during the day and awesome for a cocktail in the evening. Walking distance to the beach and a bunch of activities/things to do. We’d definitely love to become regular guests of this beautiful unit!

Fantastic location

First we want to say we were so happy with the cleanliness and the explicit support we received from the host. The host made our stay very easy and very comfortable. We enjoyed the beauty of the condo. We enjoyed the views. Everything was in reach. We were in an excellent location. As far as we were concerned for Ocean City we would definitely returned back and can’t wait to do so. Thank you again.

Beautiful condo with amazing views

The condo was great! It was a bit of a walk to the boardwalk in the high heat we had, but the beach bus took care of that. It was exceptionally clean and comfortable in a nice quiet neighborhood. There was plenty of space for 5 adults. The balcony was wonderful to sit on and watch the activities in the bay. We would definitely stay here again. The only things I would change is to bring a regular coffee pot. A single serve machine is a challenge for 5 coffee drinkers, but not a huge deal. We grabbed some instant to keep the coffee making battle to a minimum. I also could have used an iron, but the dryer pretty much took care of any wrinkled clothes. And we came home without having a ton of laundry thanks to the washer and dryer. Overall it's a great place.

Direct water access to the Isle of Wight Bay from the deck at the back of the property. Kayak or Paddleboard to the nearby sandbars and secluded island where you can catch crabs and dig for clams or just go out for an evening ride on the water and less than 10 minutes walking to the Beach and Boardwalk.
