This property was very impressive and unexpectedly so as I expected a simple 2 story house but instead got something far more with the amount of organization, cleanliness, accomodations and how the house itself was built. It fits so much so well into such a limited space and most certainly sleeps the amount of people on the listing.
The house is exactly as described. Plenty of rooms/beds for a big group. Three and a half bathrooms is a rarity and makes this a perfect place for a larger group. The house was clean and even though we didn't use it during our short weekend, the kitchen had everything you would need to "eat in". We were in Raleigh for a hockey game and hanging out Saturday night. The location was super easy for getting where we needed to go. No kore than. a 15-20 min drive. It was nice having on site parking for 1 or 2 vehicles, and Uber was also easy enough. Would definitely recommend staying here.
My family stayed here for our daughter’s college graduation. The location was great! Close to the university and wonderful restaurants. The house was clean and updated. Beds were comfortable.Great place to stay if you’re in Raleigh!
Communication with the property manager was awesome. We had a few set backs upon entering the home and I reached out via message and the property manager was extremely quick to respond and provide solutions for the set backs. Would like to mention that the twin beds in the king bedroom are roll away beds (not a huge problem, I personally expected actual beds.). House worked great for our needs and accommodated great.
We had a wonderful time on our first trip to Raleigh. Three couples for super bowl weekend. Many restaurants and bars walkable from the house. Hosts were very attentive. We were very comfortable there.
This was a very clean house! I stayed here with friends while shopping in Raleigh. I would definitely stay again. It was updated and very nice. There was construction going on around the property but once the workers were asked to move we had room to park in the driveway.
First visit to Raleigh for a family wedding and the house was perfectly located for easy access to downtown and the wedding venue. It was a wicked hot weekend, but the AC kept up well. The beds were super comfortable, as were the bathrooms. My husband was infatuated with the rain shower! The interior appears to be recently updated and the owner did a super job. He was also a pleasure to work with, responding immediately. While the road is a little busy, we had no issues getting in and out of the driveway. The neighborhood behind the house is charming and we enjoyed walking around there. We would stay again!
The house is great! Was super clean, very comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. Owner is fantastic to work with and very quick to respond. Would stay here again.
This house was very clean and bright especially when the lights were on inside. The road noise was an issue and I believe made worse because the window in the master does not close completely. The garbage disposal was not working and if we had an Allen’s wrench we would’ve fixed the problem. The other thing to consider is how narrow the driveway is…open car doors carefully. With all this said we would stay here again…
This house was perfect for our group celebrating a birthday. Plenty of sleeping space, bathrooms and it was clean and the host was very responsive. The location was close to downtown and the beds were so comfortable. Definitely would recommend!
A couple colleagues and I were in town for a conference and this place was perfect! We each had a room and bathroom to ourselves.
