Die geräumige Ferienwohnung (60qm) befindet sich im ersten Obergeschoss und verfügt über einen großen Balkon. Mit einem Schlafraum (2 Personen, Bettwäsche inklusive), einer gut ausgestatteten Küche mit Sitzmöglichkeit und einem großem Wohnzimmer mit ausreichend Sitzgelegenheiten, TV und Radio wird alles geboten, was eine perfekte Ferienunterkunft braucht. Ein Badezimmer mit WC, Badewanne und Waschbecken ist ebenfalls verfügbar, genauso wie kostenfreies WLAN. Das Ferienhaus liegt zentral und trotzdem in ruhiger Wohngegend. Der große Garten läd zu Lesestunden ein. Das Stadtzentrum oder die Obermaintherme sind in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen.
