The large sliding windows can be oppened and offers you an open view of the sourroundings.
The accommodation is equipped with air conditioning hot/cold, internet (Wi-Fi), 2 TV, tv satellite (Languages: Spanish, English, German, French), fridge-freezer, washing machine, microwave, ceramic hob, coffee mashine, kettle, toaster, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, iron and hair dryer. Sun loungers, a parasol and a fitness bicycle are at guests' disposal.

The check-in time is from 16:30 to 19:30 and the check-out time is from 9:30 to 11:00.
A one-time fee of 40.-€ will be charged for each pet for cleaning (please check availability). Pets up to 10 kg. Dangerous breed dogs are not allowed.
Electricity consumption is included in the price (10KW/day). If there is extra energy consumption, it will be paid at 0,45€/KW.

A credit card deposit of € 300,00 is payable on arrival and will be returned one week later by credit card or bank transfer.
