Brand new beautiful home restored to its original heritage from the early 1900's. Gorgeous open concept kitchen living room with high end appliances, includes a smart fridge and a wine fridge. On the upper floor there are 3 bedrooms each with a queen bed plus master en suite and another full bath shower. On the lower floor you will find another 2 flex rooms that can be used as an additional office/workout area. Outside these 2 rooms is a spacious open den/rec room with a desk and credenza.

Smart fridge can be paired with your apple or android phone which give you the ability to sync to your phone various apps, notes, calendar etc. Out grocery shopping and forget what you need to buy this unique feature allows you to gain camera access to your fridge so you make sure you get everything you need at the grocery store.
Master bedroom has a full en suite with rain shower plus a blue tooth capable mirror that allows you to pair with your phone so you can listen to your favourite music or podcast while you shower and get ready for the day.

Guests will have complete privacy and we will be available anytime the guest has any questions or any issues come up.

The 21 blocks of Commercial Drive from Venables at the north end, to 13th Avenue at the south, over a mile long, are home to the most eclectic mix of businesses in the city. You'll be close to the trendy Commercial Drive, a hot spot for young adults and urban professionals for its great eateries, pubs, and interesting shops. Drug store and liquor store are nearby. Lovely

This is a beautiful little home that has been very well appointed. The owner is kind and responsive. It was the perfect staycation spot for our family of four during three weeks of renos.
