With scenic views of majestic redwood trees from every window, this bright, modern home is the epitome of the Russian River vacation spot. Beautifully adorned with a designer’s eye, the open-plan living space allows for easy flow of guests, playing games, reading any of the books in the library, cooking, listening to music, and eating together. With strong wifi and plenty of spaces to hunker down, it’s also a great spot to work.
The newly remodeled gourmet kitchen offers every convenience for easy meal preparation with All-Clad pans, a new gas stove, microwave, refrigerator with icemaker and filtered water, and a marble bar that allows for mingling while cooking.
Each of the three uniquely designed bedrooms feature windows overlooking redwood trees. They’re designed with original art, high quality organic cotton linens, down duvets, and comfortable, brand new beds. The main bedroom has a high-quality queen-size bed, a large closet and dresser. The second bedroom features a queen bed, along with a desk and work chair, and a dresser. The third bedroom has a full-size bed and a twin bed, and dresser in the nook. At the end of the hall, there’s a large bathroom with a bathtub. And downstairs, there’s another clean and modern half bath for convenience.


OUTDOOR LIVING:
Relax in the large, sunny fenced-in yard, lounging on the comfortable outdoor sofa, playing ping pong, swinging in the hammock or sitting in the Adirondak chairs. Enjoy the fragrant herb and vegetable gardens and fruit trees, and seasonal flowers. Take breakfast on the deck surrounded by redwood trees. Light up the outdoor lights, fire up the gas grill for al fresco meals at the outdoor dining table.
