This beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bath on the 9th Floor at Bay Watch Resort is steps from the beach at North Myrtle Beach. Enjoy beautiful beaches and heated pools all year round. Great location that is centrally located in North Myrtle Beach! This condo is comfortable with all the extras you would expect in a beachfront condo. This is a 3 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom - Sleeps up to 10; This beautiful condo that has 1 King in the main bedroom, 3 Queen Beds and 1 sleeper sofa in the living room. The kitchen has full-sized appliances for cooking and entertaining guests. Great condo with a great view of the beach!

From the living area, you can walk out to the balcony overlooking the ocean. This is our hot spot for morning tea or coffee while you inhale the salt air and watch the sun peek out over the Atlantic in the mornings! Each bedroom is equipped with a TV as well as two queen beds, each with new bedding and pillows.

We want your stay to be comfortable and fun, so we provide 3 rolls of toilet paper, dish soap, hand soap, trash bags, and dish towels so you can start your vacation right away!

Relax by the many pools, enjoy the views, take in the salt air as you stroll on the beaches, and enjoy the balcony in the evenings as you take in all the sounds of nature from the ocean, there is so much to do! We hope that you will enjoy our condo as much as we do.

SOS Vacation

Enjoyed our stay! Did not receive any correspondence regarding the condo or rental agreement until our drive there! The hot tubs were hit or miss, there was an elevator not working and it was a struggle finding a luggage cart!

Leak

There was a water leak under floors in unit. The agency messaged me 10 minutes before check in to let us know. Water was coming up through floors in numerous spots in condo. They had maintenance come put humidifiers and fans throughout that were very loud and in the way. We cooperated entire time with those and various maintenance people coming in. We did ask for a partial 25% refund for our inconvenience and have heard nothing back

Family vacation- family of 4 and grandparents

The property is very inviting with nice ocean view. Location of condo unit great, near elevators. You will have plenty of pots, pans, etc to use to cook family style meals on days that you choose not to eat out. Only bring beach towels/from home, the unit has adequate towels for bathing during your stay. We brought pool toys, etc but found diving toys to be of greater use as we just enjoyed the ocean and swimming in the heated pools. We were satisfied with communication from host in timely manner. Concerns of the resort: Tight parking in the garage, be sure to includereservation number, check in/check out date, car make/model/color, telephone number to contact you. There were visitors throwing things from the balcony into the pool. Other than those concerns this made for a great family trip:)

Great Beach Property!

We were in town for a youth soccer tournament and this condo was great for two families to share. Right on the beach so the boys were able to have fun at the property's pools, lazy river and a few steps to the ocean and sand! Close to the North Myrtle Beach sports complex and lots of dining options. Unit itself was clean and well appointed for our weekend stay. The building was huge so there were lots of other units available - this worked well since several other teammates and their families were able to stay at the same property. If we find ourselves back in the area, we would definitely return here.

Great location and great views

We are a family of 5 with 3 boys under the age of 10. After dealing with an initial cleaning issue, our stay presented with no further concerns. Beautiful condo, great views, great location. Parking is across the road and a block over, which was not an issue for us but might be for someone else. Beds were comfortable. We would stay again.

Amazing ocean view

We loved our stay. The kids had multiple pools and two lazy rivers. It’s Feb and we were pleasantly surprised to find outdoor pools heated. Our only minor concern was the front door didn’t have a way to lock from the inside so a child could walk up to the door and just turn the handle to walk out. We kept a large piece of luggage in front of the door. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect, But….

Everything was totally perfect except the sofa and love seat. I would have said something to the management, but there was really nothing they could do and they had been wonderful about everything. The cushions on both have no support whatsoever…..when I say that I mean you had to put pillows on the sofa in order not to sink down to the bottom of the sofa cushion. So we did the next best thing when we got back from going places. We just camped out in the master bedroom….it had sliding door, tv, and bath….nothing else needed lol. Probably would not stay in that condo again, but would stay in another one with this company!
