PARADISE BEACH CLUB WILL BE UNDERGOING A ROOF REPLACEMENT PROJECT STARTING 4/21/25 THROUGH 6/21/25. 2br 2 bath in a 49 unit complex-all the comforts of home! Fully equip kitchen- Queen size beds in master bedroom, with a Queen and a twin in second bedroom. Other units available. Enjoy swimming in the over sized heated pool situated on the ocean side. Quarter operated washers and dryers located on the 3rd and 4th floor. Also, bocce court, shuffle board and an exercise room. Restaurants and grocery store located across the street. Close to many Florida attractions!

Great Vaca

Great vacation. The unit was a little outdated but was clean and functional. Only complaint is the draining in the master shower was slow and backed up.

Merry widows' week

The condo was super clean. The complex is older but well maintained. The beds were comfortable, the showers were great, and the towels were big and fluffy. The living room furniture was like being at home. The location to the private beach and stores is excellent. The large pool never seemed crowded even with lots of kids. Downside is that it could be updated somewhat. Several of the light switches weren't attached to a light or we couldn't find it. Ceiling fan in the main bedroom rocked and was noisy. The washer and dryer are not in the unit. They were in a laundry room on the 4th floor and require quarters. All in all, we had a lovely week.

Great price for views and basic rental

The unit was very dated. It was clean, but the carpeting was very used and the mirrors throughout is very dated. The vents and fans in bathrooms looked like they needed a good deep clean. The views were amazing and it was a good pool and right on the ocean so it was a great price for what we got.

Holiday celebration

We were there only to spend the night and that was fine!Viditing family for holiday celebration! The host fulfilled all my requests supporting my asthma and allergies. The apt was spotlessly clean! The location overlooking the Atlantic and you felt like you were on a ship from the master bed ! the deck was delightful to see and hear the waves roll in and yes there were shells on the beach! The coffee shop across the street was excellent! It’s old Florida and there’s so much to do : NASA, boating on the canals and rivers to see wildlife, really good restaurants! 40 minutes from Orlando and the parks !

Relaxing stay

The view from 4th floor room was spectacular. Near grocery stores and resturants.. like Buzzaros pizza & Skewers are a few of my favorites. Thank you for a relaxing stay

Perfect location & views

This unit needs some updating but was clean, comfortable and well equipped. The views were the best we could have hoped for. The property has well maintained grounds and pool and the beach is just steps away. Customer service was great. When we had a freezer issue a technician was dispatched promptly to fix the problem. A bonus is that we got to see a rocket launch. We'll be back!

The property was fine. The location was nice some good restaurants close by. If you rent this property, take your own beach chairs there are only two in the condo. I would not return to that area based on the beach. A few feet out into the water, there is an extremely rocky reef that you couldn’t avoid. We purchased water shoes but all ended up with cuts and scratches. If you are someone who does not go in to the ocean, the property would probably be great.

Great Location

This was an excellent vacation spot especially with children because it has the pool and it is right on the beach. Publix RIGHT ACROSS the street and Dunkin that are both in walking distance! We will attempt to come back.

High School Reunion

Very clean, comfortable and all the necessities of home. The balcony looking over the pool and beach and sunrise was our hangout! We would definitely come again and easily recommend!

Spring break 2024

I grew up in the area so I am very familiar with restaurants and stores. The beach and pool are very nice. My only comment is that the condo is advertised as sleeping 6. There is a queen in one room and a double and single in the second one. I think that sleeps five. It worked for us as we were 4 adults and a toddler who slept in a toddler bed we brought. The sofa is not a sleeper.

Decent Place to Stay

We were overall fairly pleased with our stay here. It was clean but outdated and the mirrors everywhere we could do without. It was great they had a cooler and seats to use for the beach. The pool we were unable to use as the other occupants would place towels and reserve their seats at 8 am and make no appearance in them until noon (states staff doesn't allow this but we saw zero staff during our stay). Could have been better and could have been worse.

This property is exactly as described and pictured. The condo is dated but had everything we needed. Upon arrival I noticed there was no coffee pot and called the number listed. Cindy said she would get us one and within an hour we had it. We will definitely stay again.

Great for our softball team's stay

This was a great condo for my daughter and me while we played at the Space Coast Sports Complex. While the condo itself is a little dated, it was great and suited our needs perfectly. The communication was excellent and we loved the "Crab Man" who maintained the property. Great facilities and beautiful location on the beach.
