Originally built in the 1980s, this cozy beach home blends vintage lodge-style charm with the modern conveniences of today.
The master bedroom features a queen bed with cotton sheets and a lightweight quilt for maximum comfort. The second bedroom is furnished with a twin-over-queen bunk bed—perfect for families or groups needing flexible sleeping options.
Both bathrooms are equipped with heaters, so you can step out of a shower into a warm, cozy space—especially appreciated on cooler days.
Large windows throughout the home look out onto nature. While this property sits just one road over from a main highway through Myrtle Beach and you may occasionally hear road noise, the surrounding trees give the home a tucked-away, wooded feel. The landscaping has been intentionally kept natural, so it’s not unusual to spot birds, squirrels, or even a rabbit hopping by.
The open-concept common area includes a fully renovated kitchen, perfect for cooking and gathering. Whether you’re streaming a movie, preparing a meal in the well-stocked kitchen, or enjoying board games around the original wood-and-leather dining table, this home is designed for connection and comfort.
Bring your pup along for walks through the residential neighborhood, or stroll over to Sugar Life Ice Cream and Candy Shop. Beach access is just half a mile away, and Food Lion (the nearest grocery store) is only a little over a mile.
This listing includes the upper level of a duplex and the right side of the driveway. No more than 2 vehicles permitted per reservation. Guests will use a private stair-access entrance—there is no shared space between units. Each unit has its own parking area and entry for maximum privacy.
Dog-friendly stay! Up to 2 dogs are welcome with an additional $175 fee (combined weight not to exceed 125 lbs). Pets must be declared in advance with breed, age, and weight provided. Leashes are required in the neighborhood, and pet waste must be picked up. Security cameras are present—unauthorized pets will incur a $100 fine.
Smoking is not permitted inside or on the porch. We host guests with sensitivities to smoke. If you must smoke, please do so 25 feet away from the home and dispose of waste properly. Improper disposal will result in a $250 fine.
While we no longer offer a personal golf cart rental, we’re happy to recommend trusted local companies if you’d like one during your stay!
Please remove shoes and rinse sand off before entering the home. Excessive sand or dirt may result in an extra cleaning fee. We provide towels for all guests but ask that you not use them at the beach. There’s a laundromat less than a mile away if you need to wash anything during your stay.
All linens, furnishings, and household items belong to the homeowner. Inventory is taken at checkout—please make sure not to accidentally take anything with you!
Let us know right away if you experience any maintenance issues—guests are responsible for any damages not reported during the stay.

A detailed house manual is provided in the unit. Late checkout requests must be submitted at least 24 hours in advance and, if approved, include a complimentary 30-minute extension (based on availability).
Left something behind? Items will be held for 24 hours before being discarded. Please double-check drawers and surfaces before you leave!
