This luxury single family home offers everything you need for the perfect Mickey Mouse vacation! It features 2,000 SQFT of living space, includes 4 bedrooms/3 baths, 2 master suites, and a private pool and spa (Pool heating fee is extra).

Situated just 7.5 miles from Disney theme parks, this house is nestled in the resort community of Glenbrook, which is lined with tall palm trees and immaculate landscaping. The community boasts a large swimming pool, clubhouse, fitness center, tennis court, game room, and playground.

Upon entering the house, you'll be greeted by a dramatic volume ceiling and a large open floor plan encompassing a living room, a great room with dining area and a well-appointed kitchen. The living room features air hockey and a sleeper sofa/loveseat combo. Two elegantly designed master suites offer luxurious sleeping arrangements with a King bed in one and a Queen bed in the other. The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances, silverware, and utensils. TVs are available in every bedroom and common area, along with free Wi-Fi. A laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer, as well as an iron and ironing board, adds to your convenience.

Following guest feedback, we've recently undertaken renovations and upgrades worth over $10,000. The kitchen now showcases granite countertops and state-of-the-art stainless-steel appliances. A new dining set, LVP bedroom flooring, and a magnificent 67-inch TV enhance the living experience. The garage has been transformed into a game room, featuring a brand-new pool table. Our goal is to offer a fresh and exciting experience for our guests.

Nice location and facilities

Loved the location and the property. Overall everything was quite good but we all thought that a few little changes would have made it better. The fact we had to buy tissues, paper towels and toilet paper was a little annoying because we couldn't take leftovers back because we came by plane. The owner was very easy to contact and responded quickly. We would consider staying here again.

Week stay to watch college softball

4.7 stars!!We had a great stay in March.Temps were cold so the hot tub couldn’t heat w/o the pool being heated.The host worked with us to have a fair solution.The house would be a great place to stay with a family!With the two living rooms, garage game room, the pool area and 4bedrooms and tall ceilings the house felt very spacious! The kitchen had all the essentials including plenty of dishes, pots, pans, and utensils. The only issue of the stay was there were not any kitchen towels/clothes available to keep the kitchen clean or clean heavily soiled dishes.This was rectified by a trip to the dollar store. I believe the lack of kitchen towels may have been due to an error in housekeeping putting towels in bathroom cabinets.Things I’d wish I’d known would be that even with a heated pool it takes over an hour to heat the hot-tub (electric heat) this was an issue because we had limited time at the house, and that in March the pool only gets a few hours of sun due to the large oak tree at the back and then the sun being over the house by 3:30. The host was very responsive to all of my inquiries. After talking to at least 15 other families who were renting in the Orlando area, i feel very fortunate to have found this property. Although initially disappointed with the lack of spices, oil, condiments, etc I hear that it is difficult to keep a house in this area maintained.Overall a very pleasant stay and one we’d both Recommend!

Great experience for this property

If heading to SeaWorld or Disney parks this property makes a great base. Was as described, communication was very good, I needed to extend a day, host was gracious and accommodating. The place was clean had everything we needed, was less than 30 min to every Disney park even with morning traffic. Kids really enjoyed the pool. Comfortable beds, plenty of towles fully stocked kitchen. Will rent again on next trip to Orlando.

Clermont Home

We had a wonderful stay! The host was very accomodating and the property manager was right around the corner if needed. The house was very clean, very comfortable, and very roomy! The pool was awesome! We hated to leave! If your looking for a larger home, with a private pool and hot tub, shopping right around the corner, and a safe friendly neighborhood this is the place! Immaculate Spacious House

We stayed in the property for 16 nights in January 2025. The house was immaculately clean and well equipped for 8 guests although there were just the two of us. The kitchen was supplied with like new crockery, glassware and cooking utensils. There were 6 TVs, a gaming console (Xbox?), dvd player and maybe a VCR although we only used the TV in the great room. The pool according to our own thermometer reached 88F and the hottub certainly got hot!The manager, David was helpful, responsive and friendly. Walmart, Publix and Dollar Tree nearby. Convenient for the Disney ParksWe thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will have no hesitation in returning. Highly recommend the property to any families who would like to stay in the area. It was nice

We really enjoyed the location of the property. We wish we had known a few things that would’ve helped us prepare for our stay; 1) there is no seasoning in the house, not even salt, pepper or oil 2) only two trash bags were provided 3) 1 dishwasher pod was provided 4) no hand soap in the kitchen or dish soap was provided, only what was in the bathrooms and that was a tiny bar of cleansing soap 5) there was only a half roll of paper towel. And 1 other dish towel. None of this was a dealbreaker for us, however we did have to purchase all of these items while we were on vacation (after we got our grocery delivery) and it would’ve made the trip more enjoyable had these items of been there or if we were notified of those items not being in the house. We stayed for 5 nights and cooked at the house.

Nice home

Very nice home, needs a few tweeks but worth the stay. Whoever does the cleaning probably needs to spend more time, the toilets had cleaned paper on toilets but still had dirt on them ( this could have been from just not wiping over when cleaning again. Not a big deal i brought sanitizer wipes). There are 2 air hockey tables, the one in the house doesn't work, and the one in garage barely puts out air. They have a pool table that is nice. The pool was nice and worth having especially with a family. The king size bed in master bedroom is ridiculously noisy even getting in and out of bed or moving at all ( it just needs to be tightened maybe?). The owner is very nice and i would definitely stay again and recommend. Other than normal home things no issues. I will say the front door lovk can be a little tricky. You have to make sure it locks, because it doesn't always lock the first try.

We had an amazing time at this home. Could definitely use some updating and the kitchen sink faucet doesn’t work properly, there were dirty dishes in the dishwasher and a towel under the bed. Spend a little extra for a good experience

House was spacious but filthy; broken chips on the rug, dirt or mold build up on the window sills, windows were covered in green something, showers were dirty, walls had splatter that looked like blood(?) broken furniture, kitchen faucet was broken. Paid to heat the pool/spa, the house manager came out twice because it was not heating then told us that it’s an electric heater and will only heat 25 degrees above the outside temp; owner did refund that amount, however the water INSIDE the house was not warm either. I’ve rented different properties over the years and this was the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had. House is dated and needs a good deep cleaning. Plus side was the location: close to the highway, stores and restaurants. Will definitely put this house on my Do Not Rent Again list.

First trip to Florida

We loved the location. Property was spacious. Our kids loved the pool. My son liked listen to the different birds outside and loved having his own room. Family enjoyed the pool table and air hockey. We spent alot of our time out and about. We would definitely rent the property again.

No love in this home

This home was a catfish when we walked in the house, we noticed there were signs all over the house with rules, which took away from the vacation, felt like we were in school. The sliding doors to the pool all were broken. Pool furniture was very old looking like it hadn’t been washed in forever. In the washroom, they gave us two laundry pods to wash are clothes so cheap. When I reach out to the owner of the property, he kept mentioning that he was out of town. I don’t know what that means. The The carpet in the living room was dirty. The house was not properly kept up with the host did not care..

Pleasant stay

It is easy to find the Villa. It is located in a pleasant estate. It is essential that you have transport to get anywhere, but the location is easy to get to all key areas. The villa would benefit from some minor maintenance, however it is well appointed with anything that we needed and we loved playing pool in the garage with the doors opened.

Haus und Inventar in die Jahre gekommen, aber in Ordnung. Leider war das Geschirr zum Teil sehr ölig und schmutzig.Das Haus braucht dringend eine Grundreinigung.Auch der Bereich um den Pool war sehr verdreckt. Wir haben es selbst gereinigt.Die Hunde der Nachbarn lassen ihren Kot auf dem Rasen. Haus ist sehr hellhörig. Wenn nachts jemand zur Toilette muss, sind alle Bewohner wach. David(Hausmeister ) ist sehr nett und immer sofort vor Ort,wenn er gebraucht wird!

Disgusting property and owner blames guests for problems. Don’t waste your money!

We arrived 2 hours early and called the property manager to check if the house was cleaned. He said yes it was fine to go in and that it was all cleaned and ready to go. We told him it didn’t appear to be cleaned and that it was filthy. He assured me that HE cleaned it himself and washed the sheets and bedding. I told him no way and asked if he could come look at it. Upon arriving he saw how dirty it was and apologized several times and said his daughter was the cleaning lady and she messed up. Kind of weird since he insisted he cleaned everything. There was used toilet paper stuck on the bathroom rugs and they were filled with dirt and crumbs. All bedding was filthy and covered in dirt, dust, and hairs EVERYWHERE. Including the silverware. There were semen stains on the couch. We had to cover both couches with towels to sit down on. The only thing that had been done was putting paper on the toilet to say it’d been cleaned. The property manager bought us new sheets and tried to vacuum. We also paid extra money to have the hot tub heated. When we got there it was cold. The property manager said he did not get that memo. He did turn it on but it never did warm up. When I brought all this to the attention of the owner, she blamed us and wouldn’t take responsibility. She kept saying, we arrived early and broke the rules. She also said we broke the rules of how many people could be there because my mother in law stopped by to visit for 2 hours. There’s so much more but I’m limited

Why they chose this property

It was love at first sight. Glen Brook is a 5 Star resort community. It feature a club house, tennis court, beach valley ball, fitness center, pool and playground in the community. Tall palm trees line up the street and the landscape is immaculate. What even more impressed me is its location. The community is conveniently located off International Dr. (192) and close to 24 hours Walmart Super center, Publix Supermarket, Lowe's, library and numerous restaurants and stores. Walking distance to CVS and Walgreen. This neighborhood is suitable for both short term stay or long time living. No wonder it is a sweet heart for snow birds. We stayed in the house every year since we bought it and we still feel hard to leave it every time when we have to go.

What makes this property unique

Dramatic high ceiling everywhere in the house! It is extremely well designed floor plan, open concepts, two master suites which make it ideal for two family to vacation together. There is no carpets: ceramic tiles and LVP throughout the house, thus it is friendly for kids with asthma. Unfortunately my son was one of them. This is why we did this. We care about the house and we plan to use it for our own retirement.
