    Schöne Wohnung mit Abstrichen

    Kurz vor unserer Reise wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass wir, infolge einer Reparatur, in eine andere Wohnung im selben Haus wechseln müssen. Es handelte sich um eine originelle Dachwohnung mit gelungenem Farbkonzept, angenehmem Holzboden, sehr guter Bettenqualität, überragendem TV-Gerät und bequemer Polstergruppe. Leider fehlt es aber an vielen Details: Fernbedienung der Dachfenster funktioniert nicht fehlerfrei, wir konnten z.B. die Rollläden im Schlafzimmer 10 Tage lang nicht bewegen. Es gibt keine Ablageflächen ausser dem Fussboden. Die Beleuchtungsmöglichkeiten sind ungenügend und die Küche ist dürftig ausgestattet, es reicht für einen Kurzaufenthalt mit Pizzaservice. Die Kommunikation mit den Verantwortlichen war mühsam. Unser Anruf auf die angegebene Nummer wurde umgeleitet und die Person am Telefon war über ihren Auftrag nicht informiert. Auffällig grosse Unterschiede der Preise auf den verschiedenen Buchungsplattformen. Durch unsere Frühbuchung haben wir eindeutig zu viel bezahlt!
