This house was in a great location for a short stay in St. Augustine. It had what we needed for 5 days. While the house wasn't ready upon check-in, due to a miscommunication with the cleaning service, the host was quick to respond and got it resolved immediately. She even phoned to explain, which was appreciated.
This property was in the perfect location. The fenced in back yard was perfect for the pup, and the house was very well stocked with everything we had hoped for! This property is clearly updated, both inside and out, and it really was the perfect size for us!
Tastefully decorated, spacious, and quiet get-away located a little over a mile from downtown. Easily within walking distance (especially if you park your car at the end of the development near the bridge). Only minor negatives were that you don’t have a view of the water and the washer/dryer was not in the main living quarters. Greatly enjoyed our stay and would stay there again.
We stayed here to celebrate my significant others birthday. The house was so close to everything which made it so much easier. We walked into town twice (20ish minutes to get over bridge) which was clutch especially on Saturday when the St Patrick’s Parade was happening. Definitely keeping this place in mind for next time. The host was so nice and made everything super easy as well!
The house is well appointed for a couple needing an easy access to old city St Augustine, it is a five minute bike ride across the bridge, and there are multiple points of interest very close by
Perfect. We were perfectly located to walk to the Lion’s Bridge into old St Augustine and busy George Street — 20 to 25 minutes through a quiet lovely neighborhood. We found numerous restaurants along the main street to the bridge.
The Christmas season in old St Augustine is not to be missed.
The house has every amenity and was exceptionally clean and well-supplied. We will definitely return, even in another season.
This was a beautiful condo. Accommodations was perfect. Neighborhood was quiet and beautiful. The location was close to all attractions. Walking in the neighborhood feel safe and very pleasant. The beds were very comfortable, condo is super clean. One of the most beautiful neighborhoods I have been in a long time. The ocean views were beautiful. We would love to stay there again. I recommend it highly. One of the best locations I have stayed in, and we have stayed many places.
Our stay was peacful, relaxing, and enjoyable. The home was well kept and clean. The host Noelle was very detailed and attentive and a joy to work with. It was our honeymoon and my wife and I will definitely will stay again. The dog was pleased to. Though we missed going to the beach due to the rain 🌧 😕.
Husband and I (and mini schnauzer) had 5 wonderful nights at “New, Here Comes the Sun”. The house was as pictured, but cuter in person. Spotlessly clean, well stocked, beds very comfortable. The house is in a quiet neighborhood close to
Historic St Augustine, restaurants and the beaches.
Try Conch Resort Restaurant for seafood about 1 mile from home. Very Good! We would highly recommend this home and would love to return in future!
I never post reviews but I have to say I was impressed. The house was clean and cozy and in a great location. I would recommend. We also have a fur babies and the backyard was great. Neighborhood was quite and friendly.
The central location of the property was perfect. We were just minutes away from historic downtown, lighthouse, & beach area. Even close enough for a day trip to Daytona Beach to return to eat in historic downtown. Neighborhood was quiet and perfect for morning/afternoon walks with the bassets. The house was very clean and stocked with all essentials to make for a great trip. Decor was well thought out and beds were very comfortable. Noelle was quick to answer any questions and had a basket containing water and snacks when we arrived. Definitely be staying here on my next trip to St Augustine.
My husband and I really enjoyed your tidy, sunny, and spacious cottage! Great location to Downtown St. Augustine. We also walked our two small dogs in the neighborhood, beautiful area! It is also a short walking distance to some nice restaurants. Definitely recommend and will be back again!
Immaculately clean, nicely decorated, great beds, well equipped, great location a short walk across the Bridge of Lions to Old St Augustine, and great communicatin with the owner.
Nothing fancy but has everything you need. Wonderful location. Quiet neighborhood but close to many attractions especially if you love to walk or bike. We were able to walk to the Bridge of Lions and into the Old City and to the historic Saint Augustine Light House. Also many great restaurants on Anastasia Island.
Loved sitting on front porch.
Very pet friendly. Beautiful area to walk the dog
