This holiday complex is a lovely, tasteful holiday complex, where every guest can also find a quiet place to relax. The apartment is fully furnished. In the complex there are two pools with pool showers, sun loungers, covered parking, 2 permanently installed grill systems and several sun terraces. The facility is constantly looked after by a couple of administrators who are always on hand to provide advice and assistance to guests. For security reasons, the public areas are partly monitored by video. It is ideal for families with children during the holiday season and an ideal retreat for pensioners outside the holiday season. The region has a particularly good climate. The shopping center, restaurants, clinics, pharmacies, small shops such as boutiques and souvenir shops are all within walking distance of the complex.

ATTENTION for our foreign guest TV programs are received via satellite systems. The countries in which there are only TV programs, mainly via antennas or pay TV, usually only receive a few standard programs. In consideration of other house guests, we expressly point out that they can of course also receive visitors, but the pools are only intended for our guests.

Unterkunft besser als dargestellt

Die Unterkunft war eine unerwartete Überraschung. Sehr sauber, schöner als es auf den Fotos rüberkommt. Wir sind sehr herzlich empfangen worden und konnten uns bei Fragen jederzeit an die netten Verwalter wenden. Ein eigenes Auto oder ein Mietwagen wären zu empfehlen, da im Ort -abgesehen von Restaurants und Lebensmittelläden- nicht sehr viel los ist. Aber die Märkte sind toll und in unmittelbarer Umgebung gibt es richtig gute Restaurants direkt am Meer..manchmal etwas versteckt. Der Pool war sehr sauber. Täglich wurden Wasserproben entnommen.. Ich würde auf jeden Fall nochmal dort Urlaub machen!

Superbe Vacances

Mon mari et moi avons passés de très belles vacances à San Fulgencio. La propriété est magnifique, propre, beaucoup d'espace. Elle possède 2 belles piscines. Nous avons loué l'appartement pour 2 personnes qui nous a amplement satisfait. Tanja et Markus (les concierges) sont des personnes très gentille et serviable qui entretiennent à merveille la propriété. Celle ci est situé à proximité des commerces, bars, et et très bons restaurants. La mer est un peu loin il faut prendre la voiture, mais cela nous à pas empêché de passé de magnifique vacances. Nous espérons revenir avec notre petite famille l'année prochaine. Tout était parfait, Merci :)

Très belle propriété à proximité du centre de San Fulgencio

Nous avons passés 13 jours de vacances magnifique. La propriété est grande très bien entretenue avec 2 magnifiques piscines. Notre appartement correspondait parfaitement à la description du Propriétaire. Petit mais suffisant pour 2 personnes. Il y'a peut être juste le matelas du lit un peu fatigué. Tanja et Markus (les concierges) sont très gentilles. Nous avions un petit soucis d'électricité mais Markus est venu réparer dans la demi heure ou il à été prévenu. Très proche du centre, nous allions faire nos courses à pieds. Nombreux restaurant nous étions chez Tino PEPE, la PISA, mais notre préférés était PLAZA 39 (rapport qualité prix très correct). Nous avons vraiment passés de très belle vacances et nous espérons pouvoir revenir l'été 2017.

Gibt`s doch gar nicht

Nachdem wir im Juni letzten Jahres unseren ersten Urlaub in der Anlage verbracht haben und total begeistert waren, wurde gleich danach von uns der nächste Urlaub 4 Monate später gebucht. In unserer Bewertung hatten wir einen etwas zu kleinen Kühlschrank bemängelt. Als wir im Oktober wieder anreisten, hatten die Vermieter einen zusätzlichen, wirklich großen (amerik. Ausmaße) Kühlschrank in einem kleinen Abstellraum aufgestellt. Fanden wir ganz toll und haben gedacht "Gibt`s doch gar nicht" , dass ein Vermieter so schnell reagiert. Da haben wir nach jahrelangem mieten anderer Objekte ganz andere Erfahrungen gemacht. Aber es gibt noch eine Steigerung: Wir waren Anfang Oktober dann ja wieder in der Anlage und hatten leider das Pech, dass uns die sogenannte Gota Fria erwischt hat. Das ist eine Schlechtwetterzone mit extrem viel Regen, ist wohl einmal im Jahr in der Region ganz normal. Man konnte nicht besonders viel unternehmen, weil es wie aus Eimern goß. Für ca. 5 Tage konnte man wirklich nichts unternehmen und ab und zu kam etwas Langeweile auf. Zufällig haben sich die Vermieter Christina und Andreas auch in der Anlage aufgehalten und wir erwähnten nur am Rande, dass es ja eigentlich schön wäre einen 2. Fernseher (ein Gerät befindet sich in der Wohnküche) im Schlafzimmer zu haben. Am nächsten Morgen klopfte es an der Tür und da stand doch tatsächlich eine TV Firma vor der Tür und installierte ein Fernseher incl. SAT Anlage im Schlafzimmer. Da haben wir zum 2. Mal gedacht: "Gibt`s doch gar nicht" Wie auch schon im Juni, war die Anlage super gepflegt und auch die Hausverwalter Angelika und Rainer wieder super nett und hilfsbereit. Die Vermieter hatten uns dann auch noch ganz spontan zu einer kleinen, ganz ungezwungenen Geburtstagsfeier eingeladen, die sehr schön war. Tolle unkomplizierte Leute bei denen man sich sehr wohl gefühlt hat. Die 2 Nachbarappartements waren auch wieder vermietet und man war trotzdem ungestört und hatte einen netten Kontakt. Also, wie beim 1. Mal super entspannter, schöner Urlaub. Am 28.Mai geht es wieder los und wir freuen uns wieder auf die Zeit im " kleinen Paradies " Übrigens wird das nicht das letzte Mal sein. Entspannungsurlaub pur

Wir ( 2 Frauen 50 jährig ) haben vom 29.05.09 - 17.06.09 im App.3 unseren Urlaub verbracht. Außer unserem App. waren auch App.2 und Haus Picasso an sehr ruhige Mieter ( ohne Kinder ) vermietet. Bei unserer Anreise haben wir sofort festgestellt, dass die Anlage, sowie unser App. sehr sauber und mit viel Liebe gepflegt war. Angelika, die Hausverwalterin, hat uns sehr freundlich in Empfang genommen. Zur Begrüßung stand eine gr. Schale Obst und eine Fl. Wein für uns bereit. Nette Aufmerksamkeit. Die beiden Pools und die gesamte Anlage waren sehr gepflegt und mit viel Liebe zum Detail gestaltet. Manche hübsche Kleinigkeit hat man erst auf den 2. Blick gesehen und hat wirklich Freude daran. Rainer und Angelika, die beiden Verwalter, waren super hilfsbereit und mir ihrer unaufdringlichen Art sehr zuvorkommend. Die nette Einladung zum Paellaabend haben wir gerne angenommen und sehr genossen. Die Anlage liegt sehr ruhig und wir haben uns zu keiner Zeit gestört gefühlt. Ein kleines Manko waren die fehlende Spülmaschine und der etwas zu kleine Kühlschrank. Für Strandgänger würde wir einen Mietwagen empfehlen. Es gibt allerdings auch gute Busverbindungen. Für Leute die Ruhe und Erholung suchen, außerdem Wert auf absolute Sauberkeit und ein schönes Ambiente legen, ist die Anlage nur zu empfehlen. Wir fahren auf jeden Fall wieder hin. Bisher ( 10 Jahre ) haben wir im gleich Ort 2x jährlich in Ferienhäusern Urlaub gemacht und waren noch nie so zufrieden wie in diesem Urlaub.
