We are accepting renters 30 years of age or older except for families. No groups, senior weeks or parties.

Enjoy your stay in this charming home in the desirable Gold Coast section of Ocean City. This home has newer appliances, newer and some classic furniture. Located close enough to walk to the action but far enough to avoid the crowds. Just a short ~8-10 minute walk to the beach and boardwalk and seconds to the Bay.

The house has a stocked and equipped kitchen with newer appliances. Downstairs has a half bathroom and convenient large outdoor shower, living room with a pull-out couch, and 1 bedroom or bonus TV room. The living room, downstairs bedroom / bonus room and master bedroom have flat screen smart TVs. There is a front porch with great people watching so you can sit outside and enjoy your morning coffee. In the rear is a large fenced back yard with a deck where you can grill and chill in the ocean breeze. The 2nd floor has 2 large bedrooms, master with a nice king bed and great kids bedroom with twin over full bunk bed as well as another full size bed. The master bedroom has a private balcony with great views coupled with the ocean breeze. House has a washer, dryer, and dishwasher. This unique rental offers the opportunity to enjoy vacationing with the ability to have privacy. Close enough to walk (or a quick bike ride) to the action but far enough away from the crowds. The property has central air and high-speed internet. Roku devices are used for TV.

There is a smart lock which allows guests to enter a code for easy access without the hassle of having to bring keys back and forth to the beach.

This property is close to both the beach/boardwalk and the bay so there are plenty of fun activities to enjoy within walking distance. The house is located within walking distance to several wonderful restaurants including Mario’s and Mallon’s (Famous sticky buns / donuts).

This house is well maintained. Professional cleaning services are performed prior to all check-ins. There is a very large driveway for more cars than guests will bring. Rentals are Sunday to Sunday during the main season June through mid August.

- No bed or bath linens will be provided at the property. Please bring your own.

Upstairs ceilings are about 7.5 feet FYI for anyone very tall.
