Die 40 qm große Ferienwohnung befindet sich im 1. OG des Hauses. Sie haben vom Balkon zur Südseite aus einen wunderbaren Blick auf Wiesen und Felder des Rottals. Zudem haben Sie vom Frühstückstisch aus einen wunderbaren Blick auf den "Bella Vista" Golfpark. Der getrennte Wohn- und Schlafbereich mit separater Küche ist im gemütlichen Landhausstil eingerichtet. Das Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein Doppelbett. Das Badezimmer mit Fenster ist mit WC und Dusche ausgestattet. Gerne bieten wir Ihnen Brötchenservice oder auf Wunsch auch ein reichhaltiges Frühstück an. Sie bekommen bei uns auch hausgemachte Marmeladen, Chutneys und Säfte alles aus dem eigenen Garten. Wir haben für Sie Fahrräder zum Ausleihen oder auch genug Platz, um Ihre mitgebrachten Räder oder Golfbags passend abzustellen.
