Have fun from the moment you arrive. The game room has ping-pong, foosball, and shuffleboard. Enjoy a view of beautiful blue Bear Lake. There is a fire pit, huge deck and patio. We offer puzzles and indoor games along with games for the yard such as Spike Ball, corn hole, and more.
The home is spacious with two living rooms with large flat screen TVs and plenty of seating. The master and main bedroom also have TVs. The Bonneville has air conditioning and Wi-Fi internet.
The kitchen is fully equipped with pretty much everything you may want for your cooking needs. The island seats 4 and the dining room table seats 10. There is also a picnic table on the deck for outdoor dining.
The covered deck is very large with seating and a propane bbq grill. The lake view is amazing! The patio is connected to a walk-out basement that offers shade and room to hang out while enjoying the view or watching your family play games in the yard. There is a fire pit in the backyard.
This is located within a private gated community (The Reserve). It has a shared lodge with the rest of the community residents. The lodge offers a full kitchen and exercise room for your use. The deck that looks over the two pools, hot tub and splash pad is equipped with a gas grill that can be used to cook your dinner while the kids enjoy the water.
There is also a tennis court, basketball court, and pickle ball court that is shared within the private neighborhood. We provide 4 pickle ball paddles and balls. We also provide tennis equipment and a basketball.
Just down the road from the main gates is the private beach that is limited to neighborhood use only. We spend most of our days there playing bocce ball, Spike Ball, frisbee, and just playing in the shallow water of beautiful Bear Lake without fighting the crowds of the public beaches.
The Bonneville is the perfect place for those family gatherings at a fair price that includes amenities that can only be found at The Reserve.

Great family stay in Fish Haven

We very much enjoyed our stay in Fish Haven. The house was very nice for all guests (ages ranging from grandparents to baby). We especially enjoyed the pool access and view of the lake.

Great Vacation Home!

We had a great stay. This home was the perfect setup for teens. Lots of space with games, grass area, pickle ball and basketball. The home was clean. Everything we needed in the kitchen and the pantry and having two fridges was very helpful. Great communication.

Nice home with many amenities

Extended family enjoyed Bear Lake, the Reserve private beach and community pool and the pleasant view from the deck. The house is clean, beautiful and functional.

Bonneville at fish haven

Owner is very responsive and helpful. Great location if going to north shore or using private beach. Private beach can get very crowded. Fun house with lots of things to entertain everyone. We had a wonderful time.

Beautiful home, property and surroundings!

Kids loved the warm pool and hot tub. Grown ups loved the pickle ball court on property. Such an awesome set up with all the sand toys for kids, lawn chairs, basketball, ping-pong table, foosball, and awesome fire pit set up. The home was stocked with all types of cooking necessities, and plenty of towels for the whole crew! Awesome open floor plan upstairs and down for large crowd. Couldn’t have picked a better spot for our family reunion this year!

This is the place for fun and memories

The Bonneville has plenty of room to spread out and make memories for our large family reunion of 22. It was clean and modern with quick replies from the owner. We enjoyed the flat lawn for outdoor games, the game room, the firepit, plenty of parking, pickleball, two living spaces with TVs, reliable wifi, modern kitchen, and deck rocking chairs with lake views. You can easily stay entertained at the property the entire time but we also enjoyed Bridgerland Adventure Park, Pickleville playhouse, raspberry shakes, Limber Pines Trail, the clubhouse pools, and private beach access. We definitely recommend and would love to return.

Magical Stay

We are a crew of four besties that bring our families together at Bear Lake every two years for a "family" reunion. This was our tenth year, so the fifth home that we have rented on the lake. It was our absolute favorite and we hope to stay here again in two years. The home is well stocked and roomy with a gorgeous view and plenty of space for everyone to hang out, play games, and sleep in their own bed. The amenities of swimming pools, fire pit, basketball courts, ping pong table, shuffle board, huge tvs, private beach, chairs and games for the beach, two washer/dryers and two fridges made our stay easy and unforgettable. We also loved staying on the Idaho side of Bear Lake as it's closer to North Beach, our favorite public beach. The owner was super helpful, communicative and even allowed an early check in. Stay here, you'll be glad you did.

family vacation

we enjoyed our stay at the Bonneville, we had 9 adults and 7 children under the age of 5, and the closets worked well to set up two pack and play for the babies. Everyone had a good time, we enjoyed the use of the golf cart to go down to the pool, the deck was nice to sit on and enjoy the lake views, we grilled once, but mostly we went out to eat or used the fully equipt kitchen to make our meals. The kids loved running around on the grass and playing grass games. The adults enjoyed watching movies at night or playing games. The private beach was a bust as the water was so high, there wasn't any sand, so we made our way to the public North beach. We booked the reserve for private beach access, so that was kind of a disappointment. The pool and hot tub at the clubhouse were a big hit with the kids. Overall I would recommend this property, it suited us well. The only problem we had was the large boulders that the kids wanted to play on near the outdoor stairs, this was a danger, but I understand a railing is going in soon. we had to diligently watch the little ones whenever they went outside, it was kind of a cliff dropoff to the basement level. We enjoyed the firepit for smores.

Not Bad for a Last Minute Family Reunion

For looking a little last minute around the 4th of July week, this was a good find! Overall a nice, new home with a beautiful porch look of Bear Lake with some minor kinks. Pros: - The kitchen was furnished and spacious for 20 people. - The living room space (both upstairs and downstairs) and game rooms were very entertaining for kids of all ages and gave buffer room for adults - The back porch had a beautiful view down the mountain at Bear Lake with comfy chairs - The fireplace in the yard was perfect for sitting and making s'mores - There were plenty of bathrooms for everyone to get showered and furnished with plenty of towels. - The Master bedroom and beds overall were very comfy to sleep on as well as the furnished blankets and pillows. - The garage foosball and ping pong was super fun Cons: - The listing is a bit misleading - the pool, the gym, and a few other features were at the local community center down the road and not in the house. They may have mentioned that in the fine print but the exterior pictures show the center. - Whether it was from residual grease or the propane, the grill lit up a huge fire almost instantly and burned our burgers. - Doors were creaky, it kept waking up people who slept downstairs, so the adults downstairs didn't sleep great. - Walls between rooms downstairs are a little thin - somebody could hear somebody sleep talking the next room over. - Some of the Queen-sized beds are a little short for guests taller than 6 feet.
