Quiet apartment on the ground floor of a two-family house in a rural area near Playmobil FunPark and Nuremberg including a large garden.

This charming and spacious apartment with terrace is located in the quiet countryside near Nuremberg with a direct S-Bahn connection to Nuremberg. Guests are welcome to use free WiFi and parking spaces.

In the apartment there is a master bedroom with a double bed (2m x 1.8m) and another bedroom with two single beds (2m x 0.9m) or on request as a double bed (2m x 1.8m). A children's travel bed in the master bedroom can optionally be provided for a 5th "little guest". Baby cot and a high chair are available on request.
Bed linen, towels and bath towels are provided. In the warm and inviting living room there is a sofa, a flat screen TV with Bluetooth and a DVD / CD player for the entertainment you bring with you.

The modern kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, microwave and coffee machine (as well as a Nespresso machine). In the bathroom there is a bathtub and a shower cabin. A hair dryer is also on site.

Nuremberg is only a 20 minute drive from the apartment.
The nearby train station "Roßtal Bahnhof" (approx. 800 m away, 5-10 minutes walk) connects you via the S-Bahn line S4 directly to Nuremberg and Ansbach (journey time approx. 15-20 minutes).

The Playmobil FunPark can be reached by car in 7 minutes.

There are also several shops, restaurants, doctors and pharmacies 1 km away.

Great location for a trip to Nuremburg
We had a great time (2 adults and 2 children aged 11 and 6) at this property. The host was helpful and friendly and responded quickly to questions. The accommodation is a short drive to the train station where parking was free. Trains leave every half hour or so to Nuremburg and a family ticket was about 16 Euros for all of us to use all transport options all day (bus, tram, train and subway).The accommodation was clean, well equipped and well laid out. There are games for kids too.Thoroughly recommended.

Freundlicher Empfang und sehr schöne Wohnung
Da wir aus Italien angereist sind, wussten wir nicht wann wir ankommen dank der netten Komunikation mit dem Vermieter war dies kein Problem. Zur Begrüßung stand eine gute Flasche Weißwein auf dem Tisch. Die Betten waren liebevoll bezogen und es lagen genügend Handtücher bereit. Es fehlt in dieser Wohnung an nichts, sogar Kaffekapseln, Zucker und Gewürze sind vorhanden. Wir kommen gerne wieder. ☺️

Absolut empfehlenswert
Wir waren selten in einer so ordentlichen und top gepflegten Ferienwohnung, die an Sauberkeit wohl kaum zu übertreffen ist! Die Buchung, sowie die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern lief einwandfrei und auch die Schlüsselübergabe bei der Anreise hat ohne Probleme funktioniert. Ebenfalls ein großes Plus und Dankeschön an der Stelle für die Bereitstellung einiger Lebensmittel, die wir vergessen haben und aufgrund des Feiertags nicht mehr besorgen konnten. Wir hatten ein paar tolle Tage und können diese Ferienwohnung mit bestem Gewissen weiterempfehlen!

Familienfreundliche Unterkunft, hier stimmt Preis/Leistungsverhältnis
Wir waren mit zwei Kleinkindern zu Gast bei Familie Förthner. Die Wohnung bietet ausreichend Platz und ist sauber und gepflegt. Durch die zwei Schlafzimmer inkl. ausreichenden Steckdosen war das Schlafen gehen für beide Kids zu unterschiedlichen Zeiten entspannt möglich. Auch bestand die Möglichkeit die Betten in einem der Schlafräume zusammen zu schieben. Außerdem finden sich allerlei Annehmlichkeiten in der gut ausgestatteten Küche wieder. Von Alufolie über Verschlussclips wurde hier an alles gedacht. Sogar Gesellschaftsspiele und Spiele für Kinder waren vorhanden, die ausgiebig bespielt wurden. Wir haben den Aufenthalt in der familienfreundlichen Unterkunft sehr genossen und die Wohnung bereits im Freundeskreis empfohlen, da sie nur 10min vom Playmobil Funpark entfernt liegt.

If only we could have stayed longer
This is a beautiful home with considerate touches to make it comfortable for guests. Our family spent the Christmas holiday and it was magical. The property is a corner lot with a large green space behind that creates a retreat feeling. The hosts are nearby and so gracious. They left surprises on our doorstep during the holiday. The kitchen is fully stocked and there were multiple grocery stores within a short distance. The train is walkable on a nice day, and we found some great restaurants nearby during our stay. The home was spacious for the 4 adults in our family and the use of a washer and dryer in the lower level was heaven sent. We will look to stay here again when we return to the area.

So gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung haben wir noch nie gehabt! Wir sind rundum zufrieden gewesen. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und super gepflegt. Auch der große Garten lädt beim schönem Wetter zum Verweilen ein. Leider viel unser Aufenthalt doch zu kurz aus um davon Gebrauch zu machen. Es gibt in der Umgebung sehr viel zu entdecken, daher empfehlen wir mehr als drei Tage für den Aufenthalt einzuplanen. Herzlichen Dank an die Familie Förthner. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Die Kommunikation mit unserem Vermieter war super einfach und problemlos . Excellent Base for Visiting Nuremberg
The property owner was very kind and both collected and delivered us to the local village railway station. Not having a car on the trip meant we would have needed to walk back and forth with luggage. So the kindness was greatly appreciated. We used the property as a basis for spending our days in and around Nuremberg as it is only a short 20 minute local train ride into the city. The area was absolutely quiet, I think our breathing was probably the loudest noise in the area. The property itself is meticulously kept, spotlessly clean, and has everything you could need when staying for a visit. I can highly recommend the property, and I usually don't give that level of praise.
