The spacious, two-story interior features strong natural lighting and an open layout recently renovated with upgraded fixtures and stylish, modern design. The gorgeous island kitchen boasts gleaming counters and a full suite of stainless steel appliances equipped for family meal prep, plus a dishwasher for easy cleanup. There's built-in counter seating at the kitchen island, and the adjacent table sets the stage for dinners or game nights. After the day's adventures, unwind in the living room with shows and movies on the smart TV. The wood-burning fireplace adds a cozy ambiance for group gatherings. Home essentials include central air-conditioning, free WiFi, and a private washer/dryer.

Please be advised that the Guadalupe Blanco River Authority will be making repairs to the Lake McQueeney Dam, which will affect water levels.
No discounts or refunds will be given for affected water levels due to this construction.
Due to the Hill Country location of our rentals, you may encounter situations with wildlife/pests. Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night and supervise your children at all times while outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control maintenance on a regular basis, BUT this does not guarantee pests/bugs/critters will not be visible.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.
This rental is located on floor 2.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
