About this property

Our spacious and tranquil coastal home is located near Cape Harbour on a canal overlooking mangroves which bring a variety of wildlife. This area of Cape Coral is very quiet, great for nature lovers and families, and close to restaurants and marinas. Rent a boat and tie it up to the dock, we’re not far from the river with no bridges. The outdoor area has a variety of seating areas to choose from including a tiki hut on the dock.

Awesome stay!

Our time at Michele's property was incredible. The neighborhood is one of the nicest in Cape Coral. Great for walking and biking. The view can't be beat! It's a popular canal with many boats passing by on their way out to the gulf. The lanai and pool/spa area make the property. Ample seating with nice loungers. There is a new storm shade that can help shade the lanai if wanted. Michele is still in the process of getting a new pool cage due to Hurricane Ian, but it did not take away from our experience at all. The houses furnishings are top notch. Beds are very comfortable, Smart TV's with easy access to streaming platforms, many beach chairs/umbrella's with wagon. The pack and play, high chair, and other baby items were great to have for when our infant granddaughter came for a visit. The kitchen was the best stocked rental we have ever had! Cooking was a pleasure along with using the available grill. If you are thinking about renting this beautiful property don't hesitate.
