Spend your holidays in a stately art nouveau villa that was built by the court architect Ludwig II at the end of the 19th century. The 74 m² holiday apartment has been completely renovated and can be reached via the historic staircase (no elevator). It offers high-quality equipment with a new fitted kitchen including all household appliances (refrigerator, dishwasher, induction cooker, extractor hood, oven, microwave and modern bathroom. The apartment is modern and comfortably furnished, with antique individual pieces giving a special touch. The apartment has a separate Bedroom and 2 beds in the open gallery that has been moved upstairs. Of course, WLAN and satellite TV are included. For bookings of less than 5 nights, a short-term surcharge of €70 is due upon arrival

Die Wohnung ist wunderschön hell und wie angegeben geschnitten und gestaltet. Leider sind es für vier Personen zu wenig Sitzmöglichkeiten. Auf das Sofa passen bequem zwei Personen. Der Schaukelessel war leider sehr unbequem und es fehlte der vierte Sitzplatz. Das aller traurigste war die kaputte Dusche, nach jeder Benutzung musste das Bad gewischt werden, weil die Duschabtrennung total undicht war. Von einer 200 € FeWo erwarte ich einfach mehr und trotz Ansprache wurde uns preislich nicht entgegengekommen. Wir erhielten lediglich die Aussage, dass der Reparaturservice bereits bestellt ist.
Die Ferienwohnung "Villa Kaiser" im Dachgeschoss ist sehr schön. Die geräumige Ferienwohnung "Villa Stigloh" im Erdgeschoss ist in Ordnung, allerdings im Vergleich zur "Villa Kaiser" nicht so gepflegt und sauber. Größtes Minus bei der "Villa Stigloh" ist das winzige Duschbadezimmer, zu eng für eine Familie mit zwei kleinen Kindern. Im zweiten Schlafzimmer gab es auch nicht wie angegeben zwei Einzelbetten oder ein Einzelbett mit einer herausziehbaren Matratze (dann mit Höhenunterschied), was ziemlich unpraktisch war.
