This was a great place for me and my friends to spend the night in providence. Property manager was quick with communication and answered any questions! The house was great, and super close to downtown prov, would stay again :)
Just a short overnight stay. Convenient drive from Gillette.

Ok.. we only needed a night to crash from going to a concert at Amica pavilion so we weren’t looking for a upscale top notch place. However. This place reeked of paint, was not properly ventilated after painting whatever was painted. All the dinning chairs were broken not sturdy to sit in. Kitchen trash still had trash in it from a previous stay I presume. The Linen on the beds were so old holes in it paint stains. The sheets were not fresh they smelled old molded, and like paint that we couldn’t even lay on them we laid on top of them and used our jackets to cover us. I fortunately bring my own pillowcase to cover the pillows and it was the best idea ever. The towels and washcloths sat uncovered in the bathroom. They were hard and dingy and they also had a scent to them. These things can be put in plastic bins somewhere where they stay fresh they were not to be used so of course I was, luckily enough to have walk with my own washcloth, some round little soaps on the sink I mean even the dollar tree has soap that can be placed in the bathroom for stays that are decent to use. Throw covers till like five dollars at five below Dollar General. I mean anywhere you can find a nice reasonably price throw covers for your guest fresh linen should always be put on the beds, personally, we felt no effort is put into this unit for stays, but we made it work. For future reference small little updates to make it more cozy. There was nothing cozy about this home. The heat was the highligh!
