Home has loft for additional living space.

The loft holds a chair that converts to a single bed and has additional space for a blow up double mattress. Master on main floor has Queen bed and Bedroom 2, has one double bed and one single bed. Third bedroom has one Queen bed. Small office tucked away in the corner.

Very comfortable stay

This is second stay here and both times were great. The house has all you need and more. Parking out front, porches to enjoy, close to Durham, Duke, UNC, grocery, whatever you need. The owner is very accommodating and easy to communicate with. If I’m back In Durham I will rent this house again.

Great home for our Durham stay

Excellent home and host! Very clean and comfortable, and communication from the host was quick, friendly, and helpful. Beds were extremely comfortable, every room was well equipped with linens, home decor was warm, inviting, and fun. Location of the home was great for exploring Duke University and the downtown Durham district.

Perfect for our stay

Adorable Home ! LOve LOve

Hello ~ we had a great stay and absolutely Love the house, it had everything and was perfect for our stay. Our son is at Duke and we came in to see him, it was only my husband and I and our 22 year old daughter. It was not as close to campus as it looked on the map, although only a 10 minute drive, we had Ubers canceling trips on the way home, 10 pm on the night of the game, we finally got someone to pick us up and he said they are careful in the area for dropping off for late night rides. While the home is awesome and we will be back, It was frustrating to get a ride back

Ideal home for weekend stay in Durham

We visited Durham for a summer program at duke. The location was perfect for downtown and to get to yummy Foster’s restaurant. We enjoyed the setup with 2 bedrooms upstairs and primary on main level.

Cozy home

We were in town for a wedding. The house was perfect with plenty of space for us. Beds were comfortable and rooms were spacious . Lots of nice updates and decor. Neighborhood was quiet. We would stay here again.

The location was not in a wonderful neighborhood but was close to what we needed. The house itself was excellent. I would stay here again if only it were in a different neighborhood. Overall very nice

Everything about the stay went well. The check-in was easy. The home was comfortable and had everything we needed. The location worked well for the wedding events taking place nearby in Durham.

Perfect for our trip!

Sleeping arrangement and location was perfect for our trip. The host was extremely accommodating and helpful before and during our stay. Since we took the train into town we needed to drop our luggage off early. The host allowed us to do so. The housekeeper was there so we made sure to be quick and place it where it was not in their way. Housekeeping was very friendly and did a great job! We will definitely keep this place in mind when we make our next trip!

Cozy Abode

We had a great experience staying in this lovely home. Very clean and cozy (fire place!) and we loved like extras like coffee and snacks. It was easy to get around from this location (we used Lyft and walked).
