Whether for work or play, this location can't be beat! 12 minutes from the best beach in the country and loads of restaurants within walking distance. A heated pool, a calm lake to peek on the wildlife are each within a throw of a stone.
Easy in and out and easy parking.
There is much to do in Sarasota, Siesta Key and neighboring Venice, however sometime the couch of poolside is all one needs. Washer and dryer in the unit, fully functional kitchen, and even a grill for those ready to eat!

Other things to note
Be sure pets are cleaned up after and please do not let dogs on the furniture.

Really enjoyed the condo

The condo was as advertised and based on past experience with other snowbird rentals (lumpy/hard beds, furniture uncomfortable, etc.) I was pleasantly surprised to find the bed and furniture to be comfortable and clean.The exterior of that complex leaves a LOT to be desired.

A very comfortable, updated first floor condo, with an outdoor enclosed patio. Having a pool available was a plus. Hope to book again for next year.

Great Stay

Property was very close to all beaches. Great features and amenities offered. The manager Jason was very willing to accommodate our needs. He was reachable at all times. A couple issues arrived, and via communication we were reassured problems would be taken care of and we offered a remedy that worked out fantastic. Kitchen was updated, beds super comfy. Loved the fact that unit had washer and dryer which came in handy with all the dirty clothes we had with us. Would recommend this property to anyone.
