The house is featuring three spacious bedrooms with extra sleeping spots in the family room for your guests. Modern, fully equipped kitchen. Private heated pool with outdoor dining area. Quiet and peaceful gated community surrounded by variety of restaurants and shops. Only 10 min drive to the white sand Bonita Springs beach.
We have a smart door bell with a camera(video and audio recording) as well as security camera above the garage door. Both cameras facing the street.

Why they chose this property
Our family loves Florida and we go there very often. We decided that having a vacation house there is a good idea. But since we are not there all year around, we don't want our Florida home to be lonely, so we decided to welcome other families that come to Florida. Hope our guests will love it just as much as we do
