The elevator is conveniently located near your door making access easy.

Furnished to remind you that you are at the beach, it is perfect for a family looking to enjoy the fun of a South Padre island beach vacation and yet well suited for one or two couples looking to get away. Combine it with 306 next door and 104 on the ground floor to accommodate up to 18 guests in the same complex.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all you need to cook during your stay. A washer/dryer and two parking places reserved for your use just outside the elevator complete the package to make this the perfect location for your stress-free South Padre Island Getaway!

SPI summer getaway

What a great time visiting SPI, the location was perfect walking distance from beach and 1 block over a market place with just about everything you might have forgotten at home.. Kitchen had everything we needed AC worked great. small balcony but enough space for 4. I will definitely be back 1 note wish pool hours were a little longer
