**ALL guests of the Moto Ranch must purchase a Croom Motorcycle Area day/year pass to take their off-road vehicle outside of our fenced private compound.
MOTO RANCH HOUSE RULES:
- NO additional Day Guest(s) unless pre-approve by Host, and paid for by the reservation holder prior to their check in date.
- No Parties or events allowed unless booked through our Moto Ranch Events listing.
- Guests must be 18 years or older to make a reservation.
- There is NO SMOKING allowed in any interior spaces. An additional cleaning fee of $150 will be assessed for any smoking in interior spaces.
- NO DRUG USE ON PROPERTY (No exceptions will be made, including having a medical card)
- Dogs only are allowed with Host prior approval and an additional pet fee paid prior to stay. A maximum of 2 dogs.
- Guests must keep their pets in their fenced area, and clean up after them before checking out. If outside the homes/trailers individual fenced area, pets must be on leash at all times.
- The pool is NOT included with MX, SX and ATV travel trailers, or Chinook Helicopter reservations,
- QUIET HOURS: after 11 P.M.
- Guests must be 21 or older to drink alcohol.

- Please keep all gates closed at all times.
- Please dispose of all trash in designated trash barrels.
- Please dispose of all used oils and mechanical fluids in the receptacle located at the end of the Graffitti Storage Container.

Croom is the premier motorcycle and ATV riding park, and has 2600 acres of riding trails located inside Withlacoochee State Forest. In addition to riding, Withlacoochee State Forest has about every other outdoor adventure you are looking for from hiking, biking, horseback riding, canoeing, fishing, hunting, to jeep trails.
