214 Cozy and stylish one bedroom -2 Beds - Pool!

Fabulous and cozy apartment conveniently located in Mesa, in a gated building. Fully furnished one bedroom with two double beds, closet, private bath, cozy living room and kitchen. The kitchen is equipped for light cooking. The living room features a TV with access to local cable. Visitors will also have access to the community pool (non-heated) and hot tub. This is a hotel-conversion, phase one. There will be light construction on other side of property. *Floor 2 Unit Newly Renovated One bedroom apartment located in Mesa. It’s close too many amenities, including Spring Training, a family fun park, restaurants, Mesa Art Center, shopping and freeways. You can also enjoy the amazing Arizona weather at the pool just steps away. This room as recently been completely updated. The unit is laid out to comfortably sleep 4 in two beds. Guests will have convenient parking and be able to come and go as they please with the convenience of the self-check-in smart lock. The whole unit is yours. This unit is part of a small and quiet complex with other vacation rentals. We have onsite parking within a gated complex. Driving is the preferred way of moving around the neighborhood. All communication will be through Airbnb App. *Hohokam Spring Training Facility is less than 10 miles away! Several other spring training facilities within 20 minutes. *Walking distance to Starbucks , room also features a coffee maker. *Grand Canyon National Park - 4 hour drive We will always respect your privacy and leave you to enjoy your stay. Should anything come up during your stay - please reach out. We are standing by to help resolve any and all issues. *Hohokam Spring Training Facility is less than 10 miles away! You get what you pay for...

-Cozy small but worked for 2 people -The floors were rather dirty, needs a good scrub/mopping. No broom or such for cleaning while staying. -All the door and gate codes worked nicely -New CLEAN chairs in the living room would help the feel of the place- Bed was comfortable!

Not a bad place

For the price i paid this was not a bad place. The bed was really comfortable. Would have been nice if there was a nightstand in between the beds with plug ins a tv in the bedroom would be a good touch. A couple more washcloths would have been nice. The drain pipe under the sink is not attached so it fell apart and water went all over the floor. Did not have access to the game room. The pool area was really nice. Black out curtains would be good in the bedroom.But over all this was a nice place to stay i would stay there again.

Total experience was terrible

Did not stay and tried to cancel and it was the worst experience. Absolutely no communication from the property mmgt team and Vrbo couldn't get a response.

Ok but a bit minimal

This is a converted motel and it's bare bones. Two chairs for watching TV but only one for eating at the counter. No bath mat and no dresser or shelves for storing clothes, there is a closet, but only 7 hangers. No salt or pepper in the kitchen. The door code is 9 digits and it is fussy, if you make a mistake you have to wait at least a minute before a retry will work. It is a good location and clean.

Disappointed

This unit has the potential to be a good place to stay, however it needs some upgrades. The flooring was new, but filthy. We had to wear our shoes all the time to keep our socks and feet clean. It appeared that it hadn’t been mopped at all. The kitchen was adequate but there were no forks and only one spoon. We contacted the host and she had more silverware delivered. There were only a 1qt pot and 1 gal pot no fry pan and only one drinking glass. No paper towel or cloth towels in the kitchen. The bedroom was too small for the 2 double beds. A single king would be better. The tv never worked even though we followed the instructions to troubleshoot it. The two chairs in the living area were filthy. We never had hot water only Luke warm at best. There was no dresser or place to put our clothes, no hangers in the closet. We had to leave our clothes in our luggage and put them on one of the beds. There was not electrical plugs near the headboards of the beds so we had to use 2 extension cords to operate a cpap machine and charge our phones. Until upgrades are done we cannot recommend this unit.The complex appears to be a converted apartment building designed for long term low income residents.
