New rental house located near the beach with a community pool and golf cart access!

Come enjoy this adorable, quaint beach rental that will have you texting your friends "Sea You all Later!!!"
As you enter this home, you will be welcomed by an open-concept space with living room, dining room, and kitchen to spend time with family and friends! After a long day at the beach and swimming in the community pool, you will first enter the master bedroom off the kitchen with a spacious king bed and private bathroom, as well as a TV to unwind before bed. If you turn left into the hall, you will find the second bedroom with a beautiful full bed, another TV for relaxation, and coastal décor that will have you dreaming of paradise. When leaving the second bedroom and heading down the hall, there is a closet with both a washer and dryer for your use. As you continue, you will find another full bath with a tub and shower combination to wash the beach day away. Your last stop will be a cozy coastal bunk room with 4 single beds and a TV. Its easy to feel the love of the Gulf Coast with all the décor throughout the home. The elegance and comfort will make you want to return soon!
This unit has a wonderful community pool that is open for your use; it's perfect for a post-beach dip or a pool day! Enjoy the evening sitting out on the front porch while the sun goes down. There are 2 parking spots on the left side of the property, as well as enough room for a golf cart. In the front of the community is also one extra parking spot labeled Unit 4. Great for all ages and families, book your stay today and we will Sea y'all Later!!

Our Mission is to give back and help Port Aransas maintain its natural beauty. With each booking a portion of proceeds will be given back quarterly to a local non profit. We will be selling and including: Protect Port A bracelets in all guest gift baskets. Our mission extends to our guests through our "Welcome Baskets." Each reservation will find a welcome basket when they arrive at our property. The basket includes items from local business partners as well as a Protect Port A trash bag. Use the bag to collect beach trash, then return the full bag to our office in exchange for a local gift certificate to be used during their stay and help keep our beaches cleaner than when you arrive.
